如图1所示,一种保温储水箱,其结构从外向内包括隔热层5、水箱外壳1、保温层4、间隔层3、水箱内壳2;间隔层3和水箱内壳2结构形状相同,隔热层5由隔热涂料均匀的涂布在水箱外壳1表面,阻断热力的对流,水箱外壳1与间隔层3之间为保温层4,保温层4由保温材料均匀填充,间隔层3与水箱内壳2形成一个空腔,吸气口8穿过水箱外壳1、保温层4、与空腔相连接,通过吸气口8将空腔内的空气抽干,将吸气口8端盖。空腔内部环境近似真空,进一步阻断热量向外传递。
根据实际所需,储水箱上应安装出水口6和进水口7,出水口6、进水口7一端与水箱内壳2连接,外部接口穿过间隔层3、保温层4安装在水箱外壳1一测,且进水口7安装位置低于出水口6。
本实用新型装置设置了三层保护隔热,减少内外温差的热量传递,增强保温效果。
