Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种平流式溶气气浮机,其特征在于,在箱体一端分隔出混凝区、絮凝区和反应区,在箱体的一端设有溶气罐,在溶气罐的下方设有空压机,在溶气水进水管上分别设有溶气水进水分管,箱体的中部分隔出接触区,释放器安装在溶气水进水分管的管口上,箱体的另一端为分离区,排渣槽设在其中一链轮底部,在分离区的底部两侧分别设有污泥斗。通过以上设置,本实用新型将混凝池、絮凝池和沉淀池连接在一起,各池出水不需要泵送,可以直接自流到下一池中进行处理。本实用新型占地面积小,提高处理了效果。

背景技术
[0002]目前在给排水方面,欲处理的水质,除一些含砂较多的原水水体以及含机械杂质较重的污水外,大部分都是质轻的悬浮颗粒。例如:湖泊、水库及部分江河中的藻类;植物残体及细小的胶体杂质;印染行业的染料颗粒;造纸、化纤行业的短纤维;炼油、化工行业的石油及有机溶剂的微滴;电镀和酸洗废水中的重金属离子;电泳漆废水等等;都是比重十分接近于水的轻质颗粒。对于这些原水,若沿用传统的沉淀方法,效果必然很差,尤其在冬季低温条件下,由于混凝和水力条件变劣,处理效果更难保证。

[0004] 为了实现上述目的,本实用新型在箱体一端分隔出混凝区、絮凝区和反应区,在混凝区的外侧设有进水口,加药口设在混凝区的上部一侧,在箱体的一端设有溶气罐,在溶气罐的一端连接有回流管,回流管上安装有回流管控制阀,在控制阀后方安装回流泵,在溶气罐的下方设有空压机,空压机的下方设有有溶气水进水管,在溶气水进水管上分别设有溶气水进水分管,溶气水进水分管上安装加压进水控制阀,箱体的中部分隔出接触区,溶气进水分管插入接触区的底部,释放器安装在溶气水进水分管的管口上,箱体的另一端为分离区,在分离区的上方两侧分别安装链轮,两链轮之间通过链条相连,在链条上安装有刮板,其中一链轮的一侧安装有电动机,电动机通过链条与链轮联接在一起,排渣槽设在其中一链轮底部,出水口设在分离区的一端底部,在分离区的底部两侧分别设有污泥斗,污泥口设在污泥斗的底部下。

具体实施方式
[0012] 如图1、2、3所示,本实用新型在箱体I 一端分隔出混凝区2、絮凝区5和反应区6,在混凝区2的外侧设有进水口 3,加药口 4设在混凝区2的上部一侧,在箱体I的一端设有溶气罐7,在溶气罐7的一端连接有回流管8,回流管8上安装有回流管控制阀9,在控制阀9后方安装回流泵10,在溶气罐7的下方设有空压机11,空压机11的下方设有有溶气水进水管12,在溶气水进水管12上分别设有溶气水进水分管14,溶气水进水分管14上安装加压进水控制阀13,箱体I的中部分隔出接触区15,溶气进水分管14插入接触区15的底部,释放器16安装在溶气水进水分管14的管口上,箱体I的另一端为分离区17,在分离区17的上方两侧分别安装链轮18,两链轮18之间通过链条19相连,在链条19上安装有刮板20,其中一链轮18的一侧安装有电动机21,电动机21通过链条与链轮18联接在一起,排渣槽23设在其中一链轮18底部,出水口 22设在分离区17的一端底部,在分离区17的底部两侧分别设有污泥斗24,污泥口 25设在污泥斗24的底部下。
[0013] 通过以上设置,工作时,污水从进水口 3进入混凝区2,药品从加药口 4进入混凝区2,然后依次通过絮凝区5和反应区6,通过反应区6进入接触区15,打开回流泵10和空压机11,回流水从回流管8进入溶气罐7中,并通过回流管控制阀9控制回流水的流量,空气从空压机11中进入溶气罐7中,空气在溶气罐7中与回流水相遇并溶于回流水中,溶气水从溶气罐7中进入溶气水进水管12,溶气水从溶气进水管12,经溶气进水分管14进入接触区15,通过溶气进水控制阀控制13控制溶气水的水量,在接触区15中溶气水经释放器16释放,与进入的污水在接触区15混合,经混合后的污水自流进入分离区17,在分离区17中进行固液或液液的分离,经分离后的清水由出水口 22流出,此时电动机21驱动链轮18转动,链轮18转动驱动链条19进行移动,链条19的移动带动刮板20进行移动,从而将上层的浮渣刮入排渣槽23中排出,沉淀下来的污泥落入污泥斗24,由污泥斗24收集后经排泥口25排出。
