本实用新型涉及管道夹持机构，尤其涉及一种中小型管道切割时用的管道焊接夹具。
背景技术
    目前，在管道对口焊接中，一般直径较小的管道用人工手持对焊，直径较大的常用手拉葫芦加三脚架的方法来调整两根管道的位置再焊，这两种方法的焊接的误差较大，同心度难以准确控制。因此有必要提供一种结构相对简单同时能够有效控制同心度的管道焊接夹具。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种管道焊接夹具。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现：
    一种管道焊接夹具，包括夹具体、以及铰接在夹具体上的两根夹具臂，所述夹具臂的折弯处的底端安装有夹紧块，所述夹具体的中间部位顶在管道处设有压紧丝杆。
    作为优选，所述夹紧块的压紧端面呈凹弧形。
    作为优选，所述夹紧块的端面均匀涂覆有防滑层。
    作为优选，所述夹紧块与夹具臂采用同种材料一体成型。
与现有的技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，在夹持过程中，通过调节压紧丝杆以及设置压紧块，增强其夹持效果，避免产生大的同心度误差，同时提高焊缝质量。

    所述夹紧块4的压紧端面呈凹弧形，与管道同形，易于压紧。
    所述夹紧块4的端面均匀涂覆有防滑层，放置在焊接过程中，管道出现打滑。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道焊接夹具，其特征在于，所述夹紧块（4）的端面均匀涂覆有防滑层。
