本实用新型属于植物无土栽培技术领域,具体涉及一种波纹面水培定植板。
背景技术
随着农业科技快速发展,无土栽培技术得到广泛应用。水培定植板种植是无土栽培技术中最常用的一种方式,它是利用一定尺寸及形状的容器加入营养液,营养液面上漂浮着定植浮板,根据不同植物的需要,在定植浮板上设置具有一定间距的种植孔阵列,植物在种植孔中靠聚氨酯海绵或其它植物可接受的介质作为支撑,植物的根部吸收营养液中的营养得以生长。目前在这项技术实施中,所使用的定植板普遍采用塑料泡沫平板。在这样的定植板上栽培植物,尤其是叶类蔬菜,其外层的叶片可能会缺乏支撑倒伏于定植板表面生长,因叶片与定植板表面贴敷缺乏空气流通,致使叶片腐烂,造成损失。
实用新型内容
为克服上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种波纹面水培定植板,可防止蔬菜叶片潮湿腐烂,不粘种植板,提高蔬菜产量。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:波纹面水培定植板,以塑料泡沫板为材料,将该塑料泡沫板的上表面设置为波纹状表面,并在该塑料泡沫板上设置种植孔阵列,所述波纹状表面的波纹齿距为10—30mm,齿高为10—20mm。
本实用新型波纹面水培定植板的有益效果是,能使所栽培植物,尤其是叶类蔬菜,其外层的叶片倒伏于定植板表面时仍能保持有效的空气流通,避免蔬菜叶片潮湿腐烂,不粘种植板,提高蔬菜产量。
