Abstract
本实用新型涉及PCB板，特别的涉及其板面结构。目的是提供一种加工方便、能有效保护印制板的具有边缘防护结构的PCB板。一种具有边缘防护结构的PCB板，具有邮票孔，上述邮票孔的一侧或者两侧设有保护块。本新型的好处是在印制板边缘易断裂、邮票孔连接处或角落上线路层增加保护块，对PCB板的边缘印制线路起到防护作用，同时可以美化印制板。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及PCB板，特别的涉及其板面结构。
背景技术
PCB板就是印刷电路板，几乎会出现在每一种电子设备当中。而电子零件就镶在大小各异的PCB板上。随着电子设备越来越复杂，需要的零件越来越多，PCB板上的线路与零件也越来越密集。该板由绝缘隔热、并不易弯曲的材质构成基板，在表面可以看到的细小线路材料是铜箔，原本铜箔是覆盖在整个板子上，在制造过程中部分被蚀刻处理掉，留下来的部份就变成网状的细小线路了。这些线路被称作导线或称布线，并用来提供PCB板上零件的电路连接。
为了提高生产效率，PCB板线路通常在制作过程中连版制作，当用户需要时再通过折离获得单个产品。由于目前印制板的连接方式多种多样，在生产分板时在分板边缘处由于材料特性、连接设计的合理性等原因容易伤到印制板有效区域或影响外观而产生报废。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种加工方便、能有效保护印制板的具有边缘防护结构的PCB板。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案如下：一种具有边缘防护结构的PCB板，具有邮票孔，上述邮票孔的一侧或者两侧设有保护块。本新型的好处是在印制板边缘易断裂、邮票孔连接处或角落上线路层增加保护块，对PCB板的边缘印制线路起到防护作用，同时可以美化印制板。

具体实施方式
见图1和图2，本新型一种具有边缘防护结构的PCB板，具有邮票孔1，上述邮票孔的至少一侧设有保护块2。该保护块为增加印制的铜箔保护层，在印制板邮票孔连接处以及边缘部位设计条状或块状图像，通过铜箔来加强产品的保护性，在产品过程中无需增加工序，可在工程资料中将附加部分直接设计在线路边缘，在印制线路以及蚀刻时可一次性直接完成，达到降低生产难度，降低成本等目的，该技术特别是针对印制板边缘起到防护作用，同时可以美化印制板。
显然，本实用新型的上述具体实施方式仅是为清楚地说明本实用新型所作的举例，而并非是对本实用新型实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说，在上述说明的基础上还可以容易的做出其它形式上的变化或者替代，而这些改变或者替代也将包含在本实用新型确定的保护范围之内。

1.一种具有边缘防护结构的PCB板，具有邮票孔(1)，其特征在于：上述邮票孔的一侧或者两侧设有保护块(2)。
