技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于油田采油作业用的器具,特别涉及一种随油管下入井内,定期检验井下金属工具腐蚀、结垢情况的挂片器。
背景技术
在油田的采油作业中,井下的管柱设置有各种井下工具,因各种工具位于井筒内部而发生腐蚀、结垢,又因不能准确了解井下管柱的腐蚀、结垢状况,对井下管柱及井下工具的防护和更换没有确切的依据。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中存在的技术问题提供一种定期检验油管内金属工具腐蚀、结垢情况,为各种金属工具的防护和更换提供确切依据的可随油管入井的挂片器。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:一种可随油管入井的挂片器,其特征在于:它包括挂片器本体,所述挂片器本体为中空状,在挂片器本体的外周设有凹槽,在挂片器本体的凹槽内设置有试片,所述试片与油管内金属工具的材质相同。
按上述技术方案,凹槽为中间低两端高的环形凹槽。
按上述技术方案,所述试片间隔固定设置在环形凹槽内。
按上述技术方案,所述试片通过绝缘螺栓固定在挂片器本体上。
本实用新型所取得的有益效果为:
1、本实用新型套在油管外,由油管接箍悬挂,随油管一同下入井内,检验与试片相同材质的井下油管及井下金属工具在井下环境的腐蚀、结垢状况,为井下油管及井下工具的防护和更换提供确切的依据;
2、凹槽为中间低两端高的环形凹槽,增加了试片与井下环境的接触面积,提高了检测效果;
3、试片通过绝缘螺栓固定在挂片器本体上,进一步提高了检测率。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种可随油管入井的挂片器,它包括挂片器本体1,挂片器本体1为中空状,在挂片器本体1的外周设有中间低两端高的环形凹槽,在挂片器本体1的凹槽内间隔设置有试片2,所述试片2与油管内金属工具的材质相同。所述试片2通过绝缘螺栓3固定在挂片器本体1上。
本实用新型套在油管外,由油管接箍悬挂,随油管一同下入井内,检验与试片相同材质的井下油管及井下金属工具在井下环境的腐蚀、结垢状况,为井下油管及井下工具的防护和更换提供确切的依据。它具有操作简单、通用性强等特点,可定期或根据措施需要起出刮片器,通过金属试片称重等方法准确的了解井下腐蚀结构情况。

1.一种可随油管入井的挂片器,其特征在于:它包括挂片器本体,所述挂片器本体为中空状,所述挂片本体套设在油管外,在挂片器本体的外周设有中间低两端高的环形凹槽,在挂片器本体的凹槽内设置有试片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可随油管入井的挂片器,其特征在于所述试片间隔固定设置在环形凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可随油管入井的挂片器,其特征在于所述试片通过绝缘螺栓固定在挂片器本体上。
