背景技术
当前复合型自保温砌块均是采用在混凝土空腔内填充保温材料的做法。一般是通过模具制造出砌块的结构框架之后,使之形成2个或者多个空腔。该空腔上下开口,四周封闭,在空腔内填充保温材料,使混凝土与保温材料成为一个整体。其不足之处是:(1)、砌块的水平截面中壳体的面积太小,在堆砌成墙体之后,上下层之间砌筑砂浆的实际粘接面太小,造成上下层砌块之间的粘合力太小,从而使墙体的安全性降低。(2)、砌块与砌块之间的砌筑砂浆会形成纵横交织的“热桥”网,影响了保温效果。 
此外,现有技术的复合型自保温砌块还有强度低,抗压性差,容易发生形变等缺陷。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有复合型自保温砌块粘合力小,存在热桥网影响保温效果,还有强度低,抗压性差,容易发生形变等缺陷,提供一种复合型自保温砌块。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下: 
一种复合型自保温砌块,包括砌块壳体,保温板,加强筋,所述砌块壳体带有延伸部分和水平空气隔离带。 
所述保温板的长度和高度、厚度均小于砌块壳体的长、宽、厚,且保温板在砌块壳体中处于居中位置。 
保温板两侧的砌块壳体通过加强筋相连接,所述加强筋为1个及以上,以加强砌块的水平抗拉强度。 
所述的加强筋为硬质丝,优选金属丝,更优选镀锌钢丝,且每根钢丝的 两端折成小于90度的弯度。 
所述的砌块壳体上下两面延伸部分(4),向砌块中心延伸的长度不小于砌块壳体的前后两侧的壁厚。 
所述的水平空气隔离带(5),其贯穿整个砌块的上表面和下表面,其宽度不小于砌块壳体的壁厚。所述空气隔离带可以在砌块壳体的一面,或相对的两面。 
砌块也可以设计为单面。设计为单面时,一面与本实用新型相同,另外一面不设隔离带,使砌块壳体完全覆盖保温板。即在生产过程中去掉下部所附的木板条,其他生产过程相同。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于: 
本实用新型中各个物质都不是单独作用的,各种原料相互配合,产生了极佳的效果。 
一种能提高砌筑强度且设水平空气隔离带的复合型自保温砌块,通过技术设计,加大了砌块上下两个面的砌块壳体面积,并在这两个面上各设计一条横向贯穿整个砌块的空气隔离带。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:把砌块壳体的前后两个侧面的外壁在其底部和顶部于水平方向向内延伸一定的量,这样就使砌块表面的大部分保温板被砌块壳体“包裹”,同时在砌块的上下两个面的中间形成了一定宽度的空气隔离带,该空气隔离带横向贯穿整个砌块。由于增加了上下两个面的壳体面积,提升了墙体各个砌块之间的砌筑粘接强度;砌块上下两面水平空气隔离带的设置,利用了空气在常温下导热系数较低的特性,大大减小了砌筑后水平接缝砌筑砂浆形成的热桥传热效应,增强了保温效果。实测本实用新型砌筑城墙体后,经计算热阻可达2.46K/W,完全可满足节能75%的要求。 
本实用新型设计了砌块的上面和下面的水平延伸壳体具有一定的厚度,以加强砌筑后砌块之间的粘接强度;为保证热工性能,保温板应保证一定的厚度,以此来抵消砌块壳体自身形成的“热桥”所传输的热量;为保证抗压强度,砌块壳的4个壁应保证一定的宽度,使之满足抗压强度要求同时满足密度要求,即抗压强度合格,密度合格;为保证砌块壳体自身的结构性,在其内外两侧的壳体之间加设了若干根直径大于2.2mm的镀锌钢丝,强化其自身结构强度。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,能有效提升墙体各个砌块之间的砌筑粘接强 度和保温效果,实现了墙体安全和高效保温的统一,可适应国家将来更高的保温节能指标的要求和安全要求。

一种复合型自保温砌块,包括砌块壳体1,保温板2,加强筋3,所述砌块壳体带有延伸部分5和水平空气隔离带4;所述保温板的长度和高度、厚度均小于砌块壳体的长、宽、厚,且保温板在砌块壳体中处于居中位置;保温板两侧的砌块壳体通过加强筋相连接,所述加强筋为4个。所述空气隔离带为两个,分别位于复合型自保温砌块上下两面。 
所述的加强筋为金属丝;所述的砌块壳体上下两面延伸部分,是指水平空气隔离带两侧的部分,与水平空气隔离带宽度接近或小于水平空气隔离带宽度,延伸部分向砌块中心延伸的长度不小于砌块壳体的前后两侧的壁厚;所述水平空气隔离带可以在砌块壳体的一面,或相对的两面。 
所述的加强筋为镀锌钢丝,且每根钢丝的两端折成小于90度的弯度;所述的水平空气隔离带,其贯穿整个砌块的上表面和下表面,其宽度不小于砌块壳体的壁厚。

所述水平空气隔离带为1个,位于复合型自保温砌块上面。其余同实施例1。

1.一种复合型自保温砌块,其特征在于:包括砌块壳体,保温板,加强筋,所述砌块壳体带有延伸部分和水平空气隔离带;所述保温板的长度和高度、厚度均小于砌块壳体的长、宽、厚,且保温板在砌块壳体中处于居中位置;保温板两侧的砌块壳体通过加强筋相连接,所述加强筋为1个及以上。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合型自保温砌块,其特征在于:所述的加强筋为金属丝;所述的砌块壳体上下两面延伸部分,向砌块中心延伸的长度不小于砌块壳体的前后两侧的壁厚;所述水平空气隔离带在砌块壳体的一面,或相对的两面。
