由于塑料件的特殊性及成型难度估计不足，模具结构设计非常困难。塑料件小端壁厚不均，模具整体冷却效果不佳。该模具反复调整后，虽能够勉强使用，但塑料件尺寸精度差、生产效率低，无法满足用户的使用要求。

为保证动模型芯、推件衬套、型腔镶件及导向镶件间的同轴度，理想的加工方式是组合加工各模板上的安装固定孔，在一次装夹的情况下，各孔被同一车床统一加工出来。在注塑过程中，模具的主流道、分流道及浇口的凝料由设置在动模板内的拉料杆拉出。由于滴液管底部呈环状，内部不允许留有推出痕迹，所以该模具采用推出面积大，塑料件推出平稳、可靠的推件板推出形式。为延长模具的使用寿命，在滴液管模具的推件板内部，嵌入了具有较高硬度的推件衬套。
开模后，模具分型，塑料件因材料热胀冷缩而紧紧包住动模型芯。推出机构顶出动作开始后，复位杆推动推件板，将塑料件及浇注系统凝料推出模具。

1.一种滴定管注塑模具，包括动模座板、推板、推杆固定板、垫块、复位杆、支撑板、密封条、推件衬套、隔水板、动模型芯、型腔镶件、定模座板、拉料杆、导向镶件、浇口套、定模板、推件板、第一螺钉、导套、导柱、推板导套、动模板和第二螺钉，其特征在于：动模座板连接推板，推板连接推杆固定板，推杆固定板连接垫块，垫块连接支撑板，复位杆连接推板，支撑板连接导柱，密封条连接动模型芯，推件衬套连接动模型芯，隔水板连接动模型芯，动模型芯连接动模板，型腔镶件连接定模座板，定模座板连接导向镶件，拉料杆连接支撑板，导向镶件连接型腔镶件，浇口套连接定模板，定模板连接推件板，推件板连接推板导套，第一螺钉连接定模座板，导套连接导柱，导柱连接支撑板，推板导套连接推件板，动模板连接推件板，第二螺钉连接分别连接推件板和动模座板。
