本实用新型涉及一种侧出料提取罐,其主要解决了现有的提取罐提取物料较慢,物料提取成本较高等技术问题;其特征在于在所述的罐体内壁上垂直设有环形的料液过滤腔及多个出料管,所述的出料管固定在罐体侧壁上且其一端与料液过滤腔相通,另一端置于罐体外。本实用新型的有益效果是在罐体的侧壁上垂直设置料液过滤腔,并在罐体侧壁上加设多个出料管且使出料管分别与料液过滤腔相连通,在物料提取过程中,料液可进入料液过滤腔内经出料管排出罐体外,同时借助设置在罐体底部的排料管同步提取物料,这样可极大提升物料提取效益,降低能源消耗,节省物料的提取成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种提取罐,更具体的说是涉及一种侧出料提取罐,主要应用于中药、食品、化工等机械领域。
背景技术
提取罐主要用于在常压下对中药材或者植物进行水煎煮、渗漉以及温浸等,其在制药、食品、化工等行业被广泛使用。由于现有的提取罐的出料口基本上都是设置在罐体的底部,在提取罐的使用过程中,提取罐的底部往往沉积了大量的废渣,易堵住位于罐体底部的物料出口,影响物料提取;为此,不得已在提取罐底部出料口上方处加设过滤装置,采用这种结构虽然可保证提取物料的纯度,但提取效益相对较慢,提高了物料的提取成本。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有的提取罐提取物料较慢,物料提取成本较高等技术问题,本实用新型提供一种侧出料提取罐,该提取罐不仅可从罐体两侧进行提取物料,同时还可进行底部提取物料,物料提取效益可极大的提高,降低物料提取的生产成本。
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案是一种侧出料提取罐,包括有罐体及密封罐体底部的底盖,在底盖上设有排料管,在排料管上方罐体与底盖之间设有过滤板;其特征在于在所述的罐体内壁上垂直设有环形的料液过滤腔及多个出料管,所述的出料管固定在罐体侧壁上且其一端与料液过滤腔相通,另一端置于罐体外。
进一步,所述的出料设有两个,对称设置在罐体底部的两侧并分别与料液过滤腔相通。
进一步,在所述的底盖上还设有进汽管,在进汽管的开口处设有密封管口的呈圆形的蒸汽分布器,在蒸汽分布器的周侧壁上设有若干个蒸汽孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是在罐体的侧壁上垂直设置料液过滤腔,并在罐体侧壁上加设多个出料管且使出料管分别与料液过滤腔相连通,在物料提取过程中,料液可进入料液过滤腔内经出料管排出罐体外,同时借助设置在罐体底部的排料管同步提取物料,这样可极大提升物料提取效益,降低能源消耗,节省物料的提取成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型实施方式作进一步说明:
如图1、2所示,本实用新型为一种侧出料提取罐,包括有罐体1及密封罐体1底部的底盖2,在底盖2上设有排料管3,在排料管3上方罐体1与底盖2之间设有过滤板4;在所述的罐体1内壁上垂直设有环形的料液过滤腔5及多个出料管6,所述的出料管6固定在罐体1侧壁上且其一端与料液过滤腔5相通,另一端置于罐体1外;在罐体1的侧壁上垂直设置料液过滤腔5,并在罐体1侧壁上加设多个出料管6且使出料管6分别与料液过滤腔5相连通,在物料提取过程中,料液可进入料液过滤腔5内经出料管6排出罐体1外,同时借助设置在罐体1底部的排料管6同步提取物料,这样可极大提升物料提取效益,降低能源消耗,节省物料的提取成本。
在本实施例中,为了最大程度的提高物料的提取效益,所述的出料管6设有两个,对称设置在罐体1底部的两侧并分别与料液过滤腔5相通,将出料管6设置两个并对称设置在罐体1侧壁上,这样可有效提高物料的提取速度,降低能源消耗和物料提取成本;当然也可设置更多,具体可根据料液过滤腔5的容积而定,但由于受料液过滤腔5容积的影响,设置两个为最优实施方式,如果料液过滤腔5容积较大,可在罐体1侧壁上环形均布设置四个或以上,具体可根据实际需求而定。
在本实施例中,为了提高物料的提取效益,在所述的底盖2上还设有进汽管7,在进汽管7的开口处设有密封管口的呈圆形的蒸汽分布器8,在蒸汽分布器8的周侧壁上设有若干个蒸汽孔9;现有的提取罐基本上都是采用夹套加热方式对物料进行加热,这种加热方式受罐体1体积的影响较大,如罐体1内径过大,处于罐体1中心的物料加热速度就较慢,物料加热就不均匀,因此,在底盖2上加设进汽管7,在使用过程中将蒸汽送入罐体1内对物料进行直接加热,可有效对夹套加热进行补充,大大缩短浓缩提取时间,提高浓缩提取效益,降低物料提取成本;而在进汽管7口处设置蒸汽分布器8,蒸汽通过蒸汽孔9分散进入罐体1内可有效避免罐体1内物料的加热不均匀,提高受热面积,缩短加热时间。

1.一种侧出料提取罐,包括有罐体及密封罐体底部的底盖,在底盖上设有排料管,在排料管上方罐体与底盖之间设有过滤板;其特征在于在所述的罐体内壁上垂直设有环形的料液过滤腔及多个出料管,所述的出料管固定在罐体侧壁上且其一端与料液过滤腔相通,另一端置于罐体外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的侧出料提取罐,其特征在于所述的出料设有两个,对称设置在罐体底部的两侧并分别与料液过滤腔相通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的侧出料提取罐,其特征在于在所述的底盖上还设有进汽管,在进汽管的开口处设有密封管口的呈圆形的蒸汽分布器,在蒸汽分布器的周侧壁上设有若干个蒸汽孔。
