背景技术
T型梁是我国早期修建较多的桥梁结构,随着时间的推移,相当数量的T型梁桥已经被发现出现各种病害,包括梁体下挠和出现严重裂缝。现代交通发展迅速,各种大型车、重型车日益增多,这对桥梁的承载能力的要求越来越高。近年来年久失修的桥梁倒塌事故时有发生,因此对存在病害的桥梁的加固迫在眉睫。
本实用新型提出一种利用U型箍和钢板对T型梁进行加固的构造,具有安全可靠,施工方便等特点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是新的一种T型梁加固装置,使桥梁锚固安全可靠、施工方便。
本实用是通过以下技术方案来实现的:T型梁桥U型箍钢板加固构造。组成包括:U型箍、对拉钢筋、底钢板、膨胀螺栓、锚固螺母。
所述底钢板由U型箍锚固在腹板底部,U型箍由对拉钢筋锚固在腹板上,为对拉钢筋打到纵向钢筋,对拉钢筋的位置由体内纵向钢筋的高度来确定。
所述底钢板粘贴在T型梁腹板下面,在底钢板纵向方向钻孔,用膨胀螺栓穿过孔将底钢板锚固在腹板上。
本实用新型取得的技术进步是:锚固结构安全可靠,施工方便。

针对如图1、图2、图3所示的应用U型箍②和钢板加固T梁时,在T梁底板粘贴钢板④,打入膨胀螺栓⑥将钢板与腹板连接,再用U型箍和对拉钢筋⑤进一步加固,通过对拉钢筋⑤将U型箍②锚固在T梁①腹板上,用锚固螺母③拧紧对拉钢筋⑤。
