背景技术
风力发电机通过刹车制动器和刹车盘实现停机刹车。刹车盘安装在齿轮箱的高速轴上。在刹车盘发生严重变形，或者在更换齿轮箱高速轴时，需要在塔上更换刹车盘。现在通常的做法是将刹车盘的安装孔对中齿轮箱高速轴后，使用橡皮锤敲击刹车盘，使之就位。在就位过程中，因橡皮锤的敲击力量不均，刹车盘经常偏离与齿轮箱高速轴的垂直位置，造成刹车盘卡死在齿轮箱高速轴上。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种应用于风力发电设备的安装工装,尤其提供一种刹车盘安装工装，特别提供用于安装齿轮箱高速轴刹车盘的一种刹车盘安装工具，解决了刹车盘安装过程中刹车盘偏离与齿轮箱高速轴的垂直位置发生卡死的问题。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种刹车盘安装工装，包括定位螺栓、顶板、齿轮箱高速轴，所述定位螺栓穿过顶板的中心孔安装于齿轮箱高速轴上；
所述顶板上均匀分布有若干螺纹孔，所述顶紧螺栓穿过所述螺纹孔顶紧在刹车盘上。

具体实施方式
如图1，图2所示的一种刹车盘安装工装，定位螺栓3穿过顶板1的中心孔12安装于齿轮箱高速轴5上。顶板1上均匀分布6个螺纹孔11，顶紧螺栓2穿过螺纹孔11顶在刹车盘4上。
在使用过程中，将顶紧螺栓2的露出长度调节一致，拧紧定位螺栓3，使所有顶紧螺栓2顶紧刹车盘4。逐个拧紧顶紧螺栓2，每次拧半圈，将刹车盘4缓慢的推入齿轮箱高速轴5。
在此过程中，通过微调个别顶紧螺栓2的拧紧量，来保证刹车盘4相对齿轮箱高速轴的5的垂直位置。这种刹车盘安装工装避免了安装刹车盘过程中的卡死现象，刹车盘被顺畅的推入齿轮箱高速轴内，节省了工作时间，提高了工作效率。

1.一种刹车盘安装工装，包括定位螺栓(3)，其特征是：还包括顶板(1)、齿轮箱高速轴(5)，所述定位螺栓(3)穿过顶板(1)的中心孔(12)安装于齿轮箱高速轴(5)上；所述顶板(1)上均匀分布有若干螺纹孔(11)，所述顶紧螺栓(2)穿过所述螺纹孔(11)顶紧在刹车盘(4)上。
