本实用新型涉及一种止回阀的改进发明。
背景技术:
止回阀又称单向阀或逆止阀,其作用是防止管路中的介质倒流。止回阀属于自动阀类,主要用于介质单向流动的管道上,只允许介质向一个方向流动,以防止发生事故。通常,流体在压力作用下使阀门的阀瓣开启,并从进口侧流向出口侧。当进口侧压力低于出口侧时,阀瓣在流体压力和本身重力的作用下自动地将通道关闭,阻止流体逆流。目前止回阀存在的缺陷主要有以下两点:1.阀瓣不能很好进行稳定开启和关闭,2.止回阀关闭状态下内部密封性能较差。
发明内容:
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种阀瓣可进行稳定开启和关闭,防止冲击,提高使用寿命,同时采用双密封结构,提高密封性能的止回阀。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种止回阀,包括阀体、阀瓣和阀盖,阀体的顶部由阀盖进行盖住,阀体的两侧设进口和出口,进口和出口之间由阀体内设的隔板进行隔断,隔板中间设置阀座孔,其特征在于:阀座孔竖向设置,阀座孔的上方固定有缸套,所述阀瓣由上部活塞体、中间杆体和下部阀芯体组成,活塞体在缸套内上下活动设置,活塞体顶部和缸套共同围出密封腔,活塞体顶部设有单向阀,单向阀装在活塞体顶部设有的单向阀阀孔内,单向阀阀孔的底部向下与阀体出口相通,单向阀的开启方向从密封腔到阀体出口,活塞体顶部还设有一条细导流孔将密封腔和阀体出口导通。
采用上述技术方案后,止回阀可进行稳定开启和关闭,防止冲击,提高使用寿命,工作原理是:阀瓣开启时,阀瓣整体向上运动,由于密封腔的存在,阀瓣向上运动时首先要压缩密封腔内的液体,当密封腔内的压力达到单向阀设定值时,单向阀打开卸掉密封腔的压力,这样一来,就增加了阀瓣开启的阻力,使阀瓣开启动作变得稳定;同样阀瓣关闭时,阀瓣整体向下运动,这时需要密封腔内通过细导流孔填充液体后才能进行,这样一来,就增加了阀瓣关闭阻力,使阀瓣关闭动作也变得稳定。
单向阀的优选结构为:所述单向阀包括单向阀阀体、弹簧和阀芯,单向阀阀体螺纹连接在单向阀阀孔内,阀芯在单向阀阀体内上下活动设置,弹簧设在阀芯底部,弹簧推动阀芯使阀芯顶端的锥头挡住单向阀的上端进口,单向阀出口设于单向阀阀体的侧壁与单向阀阀孔的底部相通。单向阀的动作过程是:当密封腔内的压力达到单向阀设定值时,介质推动阀芯克服弹簧力将单向阀的上端进口打开,于是密封腔内的介质就会通过单向阀阀孔的底部流向阀体出口。
本实用新型采用了双密封结构,具体技术方案为:止回阀在关闭状态下,阀芯体与阀座孔之间设有主密封和副密封两道密封,主密封在阀座孔的上端口处设置,主密封为硬密封,副密封在阀座孔的中间处设置,副密封为密封环密封,密封环设在阀芯体的底部由压板进行压紧。采用上述设计后,可有效提高止回阀关闭状态下内部的密封性能。
另外,本实用新型还采用了一体式排气阀技术,排气阀结构简单,具体技术方案为:所述阀盖上设有一体式排气阀,一体式排气阀包括排气阀阀体和钢球,排气阀阀体螺纹连接在阀盖设有的排气阀阀孔内,排气阀阀孔的底部与所述密封腔相通,排气阀阀体旋紧时将钢球压紧后堵住排气阀阀孔的底部,排气阀阀体内设有排气孔与排气阀阀孔相通。排气阀的动作过程是:向松开方向旋动排气阀阀体,那么在密封腔内介质压力或气体压力作用下,钢球就会离开排气阀阀孔的底部,于是密封腔通过排气孔与大气相通,起到泄压和排气作用。

如图所示,本实用新型的一种止回阀,包括阀体6、阀瓣和阀盖1,阀体6的顶部由阀盖1进行盖住,阀体6的两侧设进口7和出口11,进口7和出口11之间由阀体6内设的隔板10进行隔断,隔板10中间设置阀座孔,阀座孔竖向设置,阀座孔的上方固定有缸套28,所述阀瓣由上部活塞体3、中间杆体4和下部阀芯体5组成,活塞体3在缸套28内上下活动设置,活塞体3顶部和缸套28共同围出密封腔29,活塞体3顶部设有单向阀2,单向阀2装在活塞体3顶部设有的单向阀阀孔20内,单向阀阀孔的底部21向下与阀体出口11相通,单向阀2的开启方向从密封腔29到阀体出口11,活塞体3顶部还设有一条细导流孔13将密封腔29和阀体出口11导通。
所述单向阀2包括单向阀阀体19、弹簧18和阀芯17,单向阀阀体19螺纹连接在单向阀阀孔20内,阀芯17在单向阀阀体19内上下活动设置,弹簧18设在阀芯17底部,弹簧18推动阀芯17使阀芯顶端的锥头15挡住单向阀的上端进口14,单向阀出口16设于单向阀阀体19的侧壁与单向阀阀孔的底部21相通。
止回阀在关闭状态下,阀芯体5与阀座孔之间设有主密封12和副密封两道密封,主密封12在阀座孔的上端口处设置,主密封12为硬密封,副密封在阀座孔的中间处设置,副密封为密封环9密封,密封环9设在阀芯体5的底部由压板8进行压紧。
所述阀盖1上设有一体式排气阀27,一体式排气阀27包括排气阀阀体23和钢球25,排气阀阀体23螺纹连接在阀盖设有的排气阀阀孔24内,排气阀阀孔的底部26与所述密封腔29相通,排气阀阀体23旋紧时将钢球25压紧后堵住排气阀阀孔的底部26,排气阀阀体23内设有排气孔22与排气阀阀孔24相通。
