通常的，喷漆柜之中，采用光固化粉末涂料，对工件利进行喷漆，其中柜体的顶部设有开口，所述开口与通气管道的一端连通，所述通气管道的另一端与引风机连通，通过引风机将喷漆柜中的空气直接排放；光固化粉末涂料直接排放，既浪费又不环保。

为了克服已有的喷漆柜的浪费光固化粉末涂料、环保性较差的不足,本实用新型提供了一种节约光固化粉末涂料、环保性良好的具有光固化粉末涂料回收功能的喷漆柜。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是： 
一种具有光固化粉末涂料回收功能的喷漆柜，包括柜体，所述柜体的顶部设有开口，所述开口与通气管道的一端连通，所述通气管道的另一端与引风机连通，所述通气管道内安装光固化粉末涂料回收装置，所述光固化粉末涂料回收装置包括壳体，所述壳体上部开有进口，所述壳体下部开有出口，所述壳体中部设有滤网结构，所述滤网的网孔比所述光固化粉末涂料颗粒小，通过上述结构，将光固化粉末涂料回收利用。 
进一步，所述滤网结构包括过滤腔、一级滤网和二级滤网，所述过滤腔的中部安装隔板，隔板一侧安装一级滤网，隔板另一侧安装二级滤网，一级滤网的上部与所述进口连通，所述一级滤网的下部与所 述二级滤网的下部均与所述过滤腔的底部相通，所述二级滤网的上部通过侧壁通道与壳体下部的出口连通。

参照图1，一种具有光固化粉末涂料回收功能的喷漆柜，包括柜体1，所述柜体1的顶部设有开口，所述开口与通气管道2的一端连通，所述通气管道2的另一端与引风机3连通，所述通气管道2内安装光固化粉末涂料回收装置4，所述光固化粉末涂料回收装置4包括壳体，所述壳体上部开有进口，所述壳体下部开有出口，所述壳体中部设有滤网结构，所述滤网结构的网孔比所述光固化粉末涂料颗粒小，通过上述结构，将光固化粉末涂料回收利用。 
进一步，所述滤网结构包括过滤腔、一级滤网和二级滤网，所述过滤腔的中部安装隔板，隔板一侧安装一级滤网，隔板另一侧安装二级滤网，一级滤网的上部与所述进口连通，所述一级滤网的下部与所述二级滤网的下部均与所述过滤腔的底部相通，所述二级滤网的上部通过侧壁通道与壳体下部的出口连通。 
所述过滤腔的底部设有放料阀，可以定期将回收的光固化粉末涂料进行收集。光固化粉末涂料的颗粒也存在大小不均匀的情况，一级滤网中，可以拦截较大直径的颗粒，二级滤网，则可以拦截较小颗粒的。 
本实施例中，通过回收装置，将光固化粉末涂料进行有效回收，既节约又环保。

1.一种具有光固化粉末涂料回收功能的喷漆柜，包括柜体，所述柜体的顶部设有开口，所述开口与通气管道的一端连通，所述通气管道的另一端与引风机连通，其特征在于：所述通气管道内安装光固化粉末涂料回收装置，所述光固化粉末涂料回收装置包括壳体，所述壳体上部开有进口，所述壳体下部开有出口，所述壳体中部设有滤网结构，所述滤网的网孔比所述光固化粉末涂料颗粒小，通过上述结构，将光固化粉末涂料回收利用。 
2.如权利要求1所述的具有光固化粉末涂料回收功能的喷漆柜，其特征在于：所述滤网结构包括过滤腔、一级滤网和二级滤网，所述过滤腔的中部安装隔板，隔板一侧安装一级滤网，隔板另一侧安装二级滤网，一级滤网的上部与所述进口连通，所述一级滤网的下部与所述二级滤网的下部均与所述过滤腔的底部相通，所述二级滤网的上部通过侧壁通道与壳体下部的出口连通。
