一种变压器箱底吸油装置，主要解决现有变压器吸油口排油不彻底、不干净等问题。包括油箱壁，吸油口，胶板，螺栓，垫圈，薄螺母，螺母，吸油盒，油箱底。所述吸油盒压在胶板上，并通过螺栓、垫圈、薄螺母及螺母固定在油箱壁的内部，所述吸油口焊接在油箱壁的外部，吸油口与吸油盒连通。本实用新型使变压器排油更加彻底，不需要再对箱底剩余的油进行手工清除，省时省力。

本实用新型涉及一种变压器箱底吸油装置，属于变压器零部件领域。
背景技术
在变压器进行吊芯检查时，需要通过箱底的吸油口排出箱体内部的变压器油。现有变压器的吸油口直接焊接在油箱底部，排油时当油面低于吸油口顶点后，油泵内会吸入空气，导致剩余的变压器油排不干净，箱底剩余的油需手工清除，费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有变压器吸油口排油不彻底、不干净等问题，提供了一种变压器箱底吸油装置，在变压器油箱内加装吸油盒，使变压器排油时能够排出的更彻底，使油箱内剩余的油更少，从而减少手工清除的时间，省时省力。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
变压器箱底吸油装置，包括油箱壁，吸油口，胶板，螺栓，垫圈，薄螺母，螺母，吸油盒，油箱底。
所述吸油盒压在胶板上，并通过螺栓、垫圈、薄螺母及螺母固定在油箱壁的内部，所述吸油口焊接在油箱壁的外部，吸油口与吸油盒连通，吸油盒底部与油箱底的距离为5-15mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的吸油盒底部非常接近油箱底部，排油时，变压器油箱内的油通过吸油盒排到吸油口内，由于大气压强的作用，只有油面低于吸油盒的底端时，空气才会进入油泵，排油更加彻底，不需要再对箱底剩余的油进行手工清除，省时省力。

参照附图1-2，变压器箱底吸油装置，包括油箱壁1，吸油口2，胶板3，螺栓4，垫圈5，薄螺母6，螺母7，吸油盒8，油箱底9。
所述吸油盒8压在胶板3上，并通过螺栓4、垫圈5、薄螺母6及螺母7固定在油箱壁1的内部，所述吸油口2焊接在油箱壁1的外部，吸油口2与吸油盒8连通，吸油盒8底部与油箱底9的距离为5-15mm。
排油时，变压器油箱内的油通过吸油盒8排到吸油口2内，从而排出变压器。

1.一种变压器箱底吸油装置，其特征在于：它包括油箱壁，吸油口，胶板，螺栓，垫圈，薄螺母，螺母，吸油盒，油箱底；所述吸油盒压在胶板上，并通过螺栓、垫圈、薄螺母及螺母固定在油箱壁的内部，所述吸油口焊接在油箱壁的外部，吸油口与吸油盒连通；所述吸油盒底部与油箱底的距离为5-15mm。
