背景技术
目前,在对工厂内生产过程中产生的废烟气进行处理程序中,有几道程序是对废烟的余热进行回收以及在对废烟进行除尘,因为废烟气中存在着尘灰,这些热量和尘灰如果不加以收集处理,就会对空气造成热量污染。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装方便,且容易拆卸清洗,成本低廉,有利于环保的烟气余热回收再除尘装置。
本实用新型是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种烟气余热回收再除尘装置,它主要包括余热回收室、除尘室、导热管、吸烟管、水管道支架、废水回流箱以及进水管,所述余热回收室下端口安装有一根吸烟管,所述导热管设置有多个末端吸热管,所述末端吸热管安装于余热回收室内,形成“S”形状的弯道,所述余热回收室与除尘室通过管道连接相通,所述除尘室底端设置有一处废水出口,所述废水出口下安装一个废水回流箱,所述水管道支架安装在除尘室上方,所述进水管包裹在水管道支架内部,所述水管道支架上设置有一个水阀。
所述水管道支架下还安装有若干个喷水头,所述喷水头位于除尘室内部上壁,所述除尘室一侧安装有一个吸风机。
综上所述本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型安装方便,且容易拆卸清洗,成本低廉,能有效对工厂的废烟气进行余热的回收利用再除尘的作用,有利于环保。

如图1所示,一种烟气余热回收再除尘装置,它主要包括余热回收室1、除尘室2、导热管3、吸烟管4、水管道支架5、废水回流箱6以及进水管7,所述余热回收室1下端口安装有一根吸烟管4,所述导热管3设置有多个末端吸热管10,所述末端吸热管10安装于余热回收室1内,形成“S”形状的弯道,所述余热回收室1与除尘室2通过管道连接相通,所述除尘室2底端设置有一处废水出口11,所述废水出口11下安装一个废水回流箱6,所述水管道支架5安装在除尘室2上方,所述进水管7包裹在水管道支架5内部,所述水管道支架5上设置有一个水阀12。
具体实施方式:水管道支架5下还安装有若干个喷水头9,所述喷水头9位于除尘室2内部上壁,所述除尘室2一侧安装有一个吸风机8,废烟进入余热回收室1,通过末端吸热管10形成的“S”形状的弯道,末端吸热管10将废烟中的热量吸收,传导至导热管3,吸过热量的废烟再经过除尘室2,打开水阀12,水进入水管道支架5内的每个喷水头9,对经过的废烟进行喷洒降尘,被降尘的废烟再被吸风机8吸出排除空气中。
