背景技术
目前,用于高速旋转机组的可倾式轴承一般由轴承壳体、瓦块、端盖、限位销组成,轴承壳体内孔均布有五个瓦块,且瓦背设有与转轴偏心且半径小于轴承壳体内腔半径的圆弧,并通过在轴承壳体两端面所设的端盖及限位销将其限位。因此,这种结构的轴承,瓦块在轴承壳体内孔可绕支承线摆动,改变与轴颈表面形成的楔角,提高轴承运行稳定性。然而,为了适应转轴的弯曲变形等缺陷,提高轴承使用寿命,也有将瓦块背面设计为球面,使得瓦块与轴承体为点支承结构。显然,这种点支承瓦块加工精度要求高,难度大,造成了生产成本的大幅提高。

本实用新型是为了解决上述问题而提供一种可倾式轴承。

如图1所示,轴承壳体3内腔均布有五个瓦块4,且瓦块4的背面设有与瓦块内孔偏心的圆弧,并使得圆弧半径小于轴承壳体3的半径,在轴承壳体3两端面所设上端盖1、下端盖5,通过上端盖1、下端盖5及限位销2将瓦块4限位。由于轴承壳体3内腔的各个截面为双曲线,且双曲线形内腔靠近两端面处内径大于中间内径,因此瓦块4与轴承壳体3为点支承结构。由于轴承壳体3的内腔双曲线在数控设备可用通常方法加工,因此加工方便,生产效率大幅提高。
