本实用新型公开了一种聚酰亚胺废气处理装置，包括塔体、风机和输气管道，其中输气管道连接在塔体下部，风机安装在输气管道上；塔体内部设置有封隔板，在封隔板上设有下凹的桶体结构，桶体结构的底部为网架，在桶体结构内装填有塑料空心球；在桶体结构的上方设置有喷淋头，喷淋头通过管线与塔体外的供水管路联接；在塔体顶部通过排气管与大气连通，在塔体底部则设有带控制阀门的排水管；所述的输气管道位于塔体上的出口位置低于封隔板。通过将废气在塔体内自下而上的送出，通过在桶体结构内喷淋吸收废气中的气态DMAC溶剂，能有效地提高对生产废气中的DMAC溶剂溶解吸收程度，降低聚酰亚胺生产对环境造成的排放污染，使生产满足环评要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及聚酰亚胺生产设备技术领域，尤其是涉及一种聚酰亚胺废气处理装置。
背景技术
聚酰亚胺作为一种高性能纤维，具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐辐射以及高强度等许多优越的物化性能，因此其在各应用领域具有越来越重要的应用前景。在聚酰亚胺纤维制备和生产过程中，尤其在流涎工序中以及高温亚胺化过程中会产生溶剂废气二甲基乙酰胺（DMAC），而DMAC溶剂废气是一种低毒性，强烈刺激性气体，直接排放到大气中容易形成对大气和土壤的污染，因此需要利用其易于与水互溶的特性进行废气处理。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述所存在的技术问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种克服上述技术缺陷的聚酰亚胺废气处理装置。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：一种聚酰亚胺废气处理装置，包括塔体、风机和输气管道，其中输气管道连接在塔体下部，风机安装在输气管道上；塔体内部设置有封隔板，在封隔板上设有下凹的桶体结构，桶体结构的底部为网架，在桶体结构内装填有塑料空心球；在桶体结构的上方设置有喷淋头，喷淋头通过管线与塔体外的供水管路联接；在塔体顶部通过排气管与大气连通，在塔体底部则设有带控制阀门的排水管；输气管道位于塔体上的出口位置低于封隔板。通过塔体里内特殊的封隔板设计，充分利用了塔体内的空间，将溶剂废气经有限的桶体结构空间中送过，减小了喷淋头的喷水覆盖面积，一方面节省了塔体内喷淋头的设置数量，另一方面提高废气与水体的接触几率，从而通过较为简化的设计结构达到废气净化目的。
作为优选，所述带有下凹桶体结构的封隔板个数不少于2个，且自下而上均匀布置于塔体内，通过增加净化的级数，使废气经过多次喷淋溶解净化，提高溶解净化程度。
作为优选，所述位于不同封隔板上的桶体结构在塔体内交错设置，通过增大位于不同封隔板上的桶体结构间的距离，以增加废气在塔体内的流动行程，进一步提高对废气中的DMAC溶剂的水溶率。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，所需要的组成部件数量较少，通过将废气在塔体内自下而上的送出，在桶体结构内喷淋吸收废气中的气态DMAC溶剂，能有效的提高对生产废气中的DMAC溶剂溶解吸收程度，降低聚酰亚胺生产对环境造成的排放污染，使生产满足环评要求。

实施例1，如图1所示，本技术方案为一种聚酰亚胺废气处理装置，包括塔体1、风机2和输气管道3，其中输气管道3连接在塔体1下部，风机2安装在输气管道3上；塔体1内部设置有封隔板5，在封隔板5上设有下凹的桶体结构6，桶体结构6的底部为网架，在桶体结构6内装填有塑料空心球11。在桶体结构6的上方设置有喷淋头7，喷淋头7通过管线与塔体外的供水管路8联接。在塔体1顶部通过排气管9与大气连通，在塔体1底部则设有带控制阀门的排水管10，输气管道3位于塔体1上的排气口的位置低于封隔板5。
实际生产当中，生产中产生的废气经输气管道3由风机2抽送至塔体1内的底部，废气在风机2不停的鼓入作用下，自塔体1底部经过封隔板5上设置的桶体结构6的底部网架进入桶体，并从塑料空心球11的间隙经过，此时位于桶体结构6上方的喷淋头7喷射水流到桶体内，水流亦自上而下在塑料空心球11的间隙流过，对间隙中自下而上的废气进行水洗，与废气中的气态DMAC溶剂互溶，经过水洗后的气体继续向上流动，并经过塔体1顶部的排气管排出，而洗气后的废水则从桶体结构6底部的网架流出，汇集到塔体1底部经排水管10集中排泄。
实施例2，在实施例1的基础上对封隔板5的个数进行优选设计，所述带有下凹桶体结构的封隔板个数不少于2个，且自下而上均匀布置于塔体1内，通过增加净化的级数，使废气经过多次喷淋溶解净化，提高溶解净化程度。
实施例3，在实施例2的基础上进一步对封隔板5上的桶体结构的空间位置进行优化，所述位于不同封隔板上的桶体结构6在塔体1内交错设置，通过增大位于不同封隔板上的桶体结构间的距离，以增加废气在塔体内的流动行程，进一步提高对废气中的DMAC溶剂的水溶率。

1.一种聚酰亚胺废气处理装置，包括塔体、风机和输气管道，其中输气管道连接在塔体下部，所述风机安装在输气管道上，其特征在于：所述塔体内部设置有封隔板，所述封隔板上设有下凹的桶体结构，所述桶体结构的底部为网架，在桶体内装填有塑料空心球，在桶体结构的上方设置有喷淋头，所述的喷淋头通过管线与塔体外的供水管路联接；在塔体顶部通过排气管与大气连通，在塔体底部则设有带控制阀门的排水管；所述的输气管道位于塔体上的出口位置低于封隔板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酰亚胺废气处理装置，其特征在于：所述带有下凹桶体结构的封隔板个数不少于2个，且自下而上均匀布置于塔体内。
