本实用新型涉及电感技术领域,尤其是指一种功率型电感。 
背景技术
电感器(Inductor)是能够把电能转化为磁能而存储起来的元件。电感器的结构类似于变压器,但只有一个绕组。电感器具有一定的电感,它只阻止电流的变化。如果电感器在没有电流通过的状态下,电路接通时它将试图阻止电流流过它;如果电感器在有电流通过的状态下,电路断开时它将试图维持电流不变。电感器又称扼流器、电抗器、动态电抗器。现有技术中,作为功率电感,通常采用具有绕设于磁芯上的线圈,然后再包覆在一基体内的封闭式电感器,该类电感器在通电时容易达到磁饱和状态,具有较大的功率损耗,并因此增大了电感磁芯的损耗。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、功率损耗小的功率型电感。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供的技术方案为:一种功率型电感,它包括有磁芯以及绕卷在磁芯上的线圈;线圈外侧包覆有塑封层,磁芯由一体成型的主体及端盖构成,端盖位于主体两端,且端盖两端为对称的弧状构成,弧面中心设有U形的导线槽;磁芯外侧设有外壳,外壳的其中一组对角设有倒角;外壳上设有与导线槽相配合的扣罩;线圈的引脚穿过导线槽后由外壳底部伸出。 
所述的扣罩为两个,分别位于外壳两端。 
本实用新型的结构具有较理想的感值并可有效减小磁芯的损耗,且结构简单、组装方便。

下面结合所有附图对本实用新型作进一步说明,本实用新型的较佳实施例为:参见附图1和附图2,本实施例所述的功率型电感包括有磁芯1以及绕卷在磁芯1上的线圈2;线圈2外侧包覆有塑封层3,磁芯1由一体成型的主体及端盖构成,端盖位于主体两端,且端盖两端为对称的弧状构成,弧面中心设有U形的导线槽4;磁芯1外侧设有外壳5,外壳5的其中一组对角设有倒角;外壳5上设有与导线槽4相配合的扣罩6;线圈2的引脚7穿过导线槽4后由外壳5底部伸出。扣罩6为两个,分别位于外壳5两端。上述结构具有较理想的感值并可有效减小磁芯的损耗,且结构简单、组装方便。

1.一种功率型电感,它包括有磁芯(1)以及绕卷在磁芯(1)上的线圈(2);其特征在于:线圈(2)外侧包覆有塑封层(3),磁芯(1)由一体成型的主体及端盖构成,端盖位于主体两端,且端盖两端为对称的弧状构成,弧面中心设有U形的导线槽(4);磁芯(1)外侧设有外壳(5),外壳(5)的其中一组对角设有倒角;外壳(5)上设有与导线槽(4)相配合的扣罩(6);线圈(2)的引脚(7)穿过导线槽(4)后由外壳(5)底部伸出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功率型电感,其特征在于:扣罩(6)为两个,分别位于外壳(5)两端。
