本实用新型属于压力容器设备领域,特别是涉及一种储气罐。
背景技术
小型储气罐,由于体积太小,无关开设人孔,因此其封头与筒体的焊接只能采用单面焊双面成型的方式,该焊接方法对焊接工人的技术要求比较高,常引起探伤检测不合格。中国专利申请“一种新型空气炮储气罐”(ZL2009202581206)公开的储气罐,是将封头沿口处收缩成折边插入筒体内,收缩折边采用内外双轮冷旋压工艺制作而成,由于折边与封头是一体式的,要收缩折边,该工艺是非常难于实现的,而且其折边从图上来看,也很难与筒体贴服很好,而是向内翘着的。
发明内容
针对上述领域中的缺陷,本申请提供一种储气罐,其结构简单,制作工艺简单,同时又能容易满足无损探伤检测的要求。
储气罐,包括封头与筒体,其特征在于:所述封头的厚度较筒体的厚度厚0.5-2mm,封头直边沿口厚度由外至内逐渐薄至0.5-2mm,形成0.5-2mm厚的环形垫板,所述环形垫板插入筒体内壁,筒体与封头插焊固定。
所述环形垫板的长度为1-8mm。
本申请的环形垫板可以采用车床将封头直边车薄,即环形垫板的厚度为封头比筒体多出厚度,封头采用冲压形成,其环形垫板的弧度非常规整,其插入筒体内非常贴服,有环形垫板的存在,普通的焊工也能将其焊接成型,易于满足无损探伤检测的要求。

环形垫板的厚度太厚,或长度过长,易造成成本大幅增加。
本申请的环形垫板3可以采用车床将封头1直边车薄,即环形垫板3的厚度为封头1比筒体2多出厚度,封头1采用冲压形成,其环形垫板3的弧度非常规整,其插入筒体2内非常贴服,有环形垫板1的存在,普通的焊工也能将其按承插焊式焊接成型,易于满足无损探伤检测的要求。
