Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种带定位装置的铝型材丝网框，由铝型材丝网框体和定位装置两部分组成，定位装置包括钢螺丝扣及将其固定在铝制框体上的铸铝定位板。本实用新型解决了既使用铝网框又可定位的问题，可以使套印准确，提高印刷速度和印品质量，可广泛应用于针织、纺织、印染等各个领域。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种带定位装置的铝型材丝网框，属于丝网印刷设备技术领域。
在丝网印刷行业中，普遍使用木制或钢制网框，使用木网框虽能定位，但是不精确，而且用手工绷网，网上的张力极不均匀，影响印品的质量；而使用钢制网框，重量太大，工人跑起来十分劳累。因此近年来开始出现铝网框，并有取代木或钢网框的趋势，遗憾的是现有的铝网框上均无定位装置，必须采用平台定位，这样就使套印不易准确，既影响印刷速度也影响印品质量。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带定位装置的铝型材丝网框。
本实用新型由铝型材丝网框和定位装置两部分组成，定位装置包括钢螺丝扣及将其固定在框体上的铸铝定位板。铸铝定位板是采用浇铸方法固定在铝框上的，并将钢螺丝扣熔铸在其中。
本实用新型的关键是解决了将钢螺丝扣固定在铝型材网框上的问题，从而使原来因铝硬度低、易磨损，无法直接钻定位螺丝孔的铝型材丝网框具有了定位功能。其优点是：
（1）螺丝不直接拧在铝框上，而是拧在钢制的螺丝扣上，因而不会脱扣，不会造成网框磨损而报废的结果；
（2）解决了既使用铝网框又可定位的问题；
（3）使套印准确，提高印刷和印品质量。

图中，1为铝型材丝网框体，2为定位装置，其中2－1为钢螺丝扣，2－2为铸铝定位板。

1、一种带定位装置的铝型材丝网框，由框体和定位装置两部分组成，本实用新型的特征是，所述的框体为铝型材框体，所述的定位装置包括钢螺丝扣及将钢螺丝扣固定在铝型材框体上的铸铝定位板，铸铝定位板是采用浇铸方法固定在铝框上的，并将钢螺丝扣熔铸在其中。
