技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种将厨房烹饪时产生的油烟捕捉并收集的除油烟装置,特别涉及一种离心式静电除油烟装置。
背景技术
静电除油烟装置已经得到了广泛的应用,但是目前使用的静电除油烟装置的阳极和阴极都是固定在机架上静止不动的,在使用一段时间后,阳极和阴极均被油污粘满,致使极板之间的静电场强度减弱,油烟荷电效果变差,从而影响除油效果,需要由专业人士定期对除油烟装置进行清洗,维护工作量大。
因此,寻求一种能克服以上缺点的静电除油烟装置已经迫在眉睫。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种阳极和阴极均能自动进行清理的离心式静电除油烟装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:所述的一种离心式静电除油烟装置,包括有电机、通道、阳极和阴极,阳极接地,阴极与负高压电源相连,阴极架安装在通道内的左端,电机架安装在通道内的右端,电机安装在电机架上,定位轴安装在阴极架的中心位置,定位轴与电机的主轴在同一轴线方向上,阳极是由甩油条和阳极套组成的盘状结构,数量大于1的甩油条呈径向辐射状均匀分布地固定在阳极套上,阴极是由芒刺线和阴极套组成的盘状结构,数量大于1的芒刺线呈径向辐射状均匀分布地固定在阴极套上,阳极通过阳极套安装在电机主轴的左端,阴极通过阴极套安装在定位轴的右端并能绕定位轴旋转,阳极和阴极通过拨爪相连接,在电机主轴上位于阳极的右侧位置安装有风扇叶;在与阳极和阴极位置相对应的通道处设有集油槽。
采用如上技术方案提供的一种离心式静电除油烟装置与现有技术相比,技术效果在于:
1、阳极安装在电机主轴上,工作时由电机带着阳极一起高速旋转,阳极主动与油烟发生碰撞,因此除油烟效果好。
2、由于采用电机带动阳极和阴极高速旋转,附着在阳极和阴极上的油烟被高速甩出,油污在阳极和阴极上堆积少,彻底解决了静电除油烟装置极板上油烟污垢清洗难的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、图2和图3对本实用新型所述的一种离心式静电除油烟装置具体实施方式作进一步的详细描述。
一种离心式静电除油烟装置,包括有电机(1)、通道(2)、阳极(3)和阴极(4);阴极架(5)安装在通道(2)内的左端,电机架(9)安装在通道(2)内的右端,电机(1)安装在电机架(9)上,定位轴(6)安装在阴极架(5)的中心位置,定位轴(6)与电机(1)的主轴在同一轴线方向上,阳极(3)是由甩油条(10)和阳极套(11)组成的盘状结构,数量大于1的甩油条(10)呈径向辐射状均匀分布地固定在阳极套(11)上,阴极(4)是由芒刺线(12)和阴极套(13)组成的盘状结构,芒刺线(12)为静电除油烟装置中常用结构形式,为已有技术,这里不再累述;数量大于1的芒刺线(12)呈径向辐射状均匀分布地固定在阴极套(13)上,阳极(3)通过阳极套(11)安装在电机(1)主轴的左端,阴极(4)通过阴极套(13)安装在定位轴(6)的右端并能绕定位轴(6)旋转,阳极(3)与阴极(4)相对盘面之间相隔3~6mm的距离,阳极(3)和阴极(4)通过用绝缘材料制作的拨爪(7)相连接,在电机(1)主轴上,位于阳极(3)的右侧位置安装有风扇叶(8)。在与阳极(3)和阴极(4)位置相对应的通道(2)处设有集油槽(m)。
实施时,阳极(3)通过电机(1)外壳接地,阴极(4)通过定位轴(6)与负高压电源相连,这样在阳极(3)与阴极(4)之间就形成了高压电场;启动电机(1),电机(1)带动风扇叶(8)高速旋转产生抽力,抽力使油烟从通道(2)的左侧进入,穿过阴极架(5)和阴极(4)进入高压电场,电机(1)带动阳极(3)高速旋转,阳极(3)再通过拨爪(7)带动阴极(4)一起高速旋转,这样,高压电场就充分的与经过电场的油烟颗粒相作用,使油烟颗粒荷电,然后在电场力和惯性力的作用下,荷电的油烟颗粒向阳极(3)移动,到达阳极(3)后,荷电的油烟颗粒被粘附在阳极(3)的甩油条(10)上,高速旋转的甩油条(10)和芒刺线(12)将粘附在其上的油垢甩入集油槽(m)进行收集,从通道(2)的右侧出来的就是经过净化了的洁净的空气,达到本实用新型的目的。

1.一种离心式静电除油烟装置,包括有电机(1)、通道(2)、阳极(3)和阴极(4),阳极(3)接地,阴极(4)与负高压电源相连,其特征在于:阴极架(5)安装在通道(2)内的左端,电机架(9)安装在通道(2)内的右端,电机(1)安装在电机架(9)上,定位轴(6)安装在阴极架(5)的中心位置,定位轴(6)与电机(1)的主轴在同一轴线方向上,阳极(3)是由甩油条(10)和阳极套(11)组成的盘状结构,数量大于1的甩油条(10)呈径向辐射状均匀分布地固定在阳极套(11)上,阴极(4)是由芒刺线(12)和阴极套(13)组成的盘状结构,数量大于1的芒刺线(12)呈径向辐射状均匀分布地固定在阴极套(13)上,阳极(3)通过阳极套(11)安装在电机(1)主轴的左端,阴极(4)通过阴极套(13)安装在定位轴(6)的右端并能绕定位轴(6)旋转,阳极(3)和阴极(4)通过拨爪(7)相连接,在电机(1)的主轴上位于阳极(3)的右侧位置安装有风扇叶(8)。
