本实用新型公开了一种可聚光的LED显示屏,包括电路板和LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯被一个半球形的聚光腔包围,聚光腔的内表面涂有反射材料,外表面设有散热层,聚光腔内与电路板连接的位置涂有绝缘隔热层,半球形的聚光腔顶端设有一斜向下的出光口。所述出光口与水平线的夹角为30°到60°之间。本实用新型有效减少LED灯的光衰,增加光强,且散热效果良好,能使光亮充分聚合并达到人眼,制作工艺简单,设计合理。

技术领域
本实用新型涉一种LED屏领域,具体是涉及一种能减少光衰、有效聚光,并达到良好散热效果的显示屏。
背景技术
LED显示屏是一种用发光二极管按顺序排列而制成的新型成像电子设备。由于其亮度高、寿命长等特点,正被广泛应用于显示领域中。由于现有的LED显示屏中光源直接发光并散发出来,在LED散发热量以及光线浪费的作用下,导致LED 显示屏的光衰减效率较大,使得LED显示屏色调单一、发光效率低,使用寿命短,制造难度高,所以现有的LED显示屏产品的光照强度、散热性以及寿命均不能达到理想状况,急需改善,另外,目前使用的LED灯光存在光亮度不够的问题也需要解决。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本实用新型提供一种可聚光的LED显示屏,通过聚光功能,能有效的将普通LED光源发出的光进行聚合,增强光亮程度,也有效增加了LED显示屏的使用寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种可聚光的LED显示屏,包括电路板和LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯被一个半球形的聚光腔包围,聚光腔的内表面涂有反射材料,外表面设有散热层,聚光腔内与电路板连接的位置涂有绝缘隔热层,半球形的聚光腔顶端设有一斜向下的出光口。
所述出光口与水平线的夹角为30°到60°之间。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型使LED发出的光有效聚合,减少光衰,达到增加光强的效果,并且散热效果好,增加了LED显示屏的使用寿命,另外,出光口斜向下的角度有效减少光亮在空气中的散发,有利于行人的观看。设计合理,制作工艺简单。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型提供的LED显示屏在现有电路板加LED灯的基础上增加了聚光结构,具体的为:
电路板1上设有若干个LED灯2,没给LED灯2都被一个半球体的聚光腔4包围,为了有效聚光,在聚光腔4内侧涂有反射材料。为了能够有效散热,在聚光腔4的球体外侧设有散热层6,并且在聚光腔4内与电路板1接触的位置设有绝缘隔热层3,这样能有效增加聚光效果,减少光衰,并且增加LED显示屏的使用寿命。
在半球体的聚光腔4的顶端设有一开口,在开口上有一斜向下的出光口5,使光线从出光口5发射出来。出光口5斜向下的设计能减少LED灯2发出的光亮在空气中的散发,将更多的光线照射到行人眼中,减少了光亮在空气中的浪费。优选的,为了达到更好的效果,出光口5与水平线之间的角度控制在30°到60°之间。

1.一种可聚光的LED显示屏,包括电路板和LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯被一个半球形的聚光腔包围,聚光腔的内表面涂有反射材料,外表面设有散热层,聚光腔内与电路板连接的位置涂有绝缘隔热层,半球形的聚光腔顶端设有一斜向下的出光口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可聚光的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述出光口与水平线的夹角为30°到60°之间。
