Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及光学照明及信号指示领域,尤其涉及一种发光二极管混光装置以及一种具有该发光二极管混光装置的照明和/或信号指示设备。
背景技术
发光二极管(LED)由于其体积小且发光效率高而正日益成为主流的光源部件。例如可用于各种灯具,例如指示灯、道路照明灯等。然而,采用单一的发光二极管作为光源,其波长范围有限,因而发出的光的色彩空间也有限。在某些情况下不能满足应用的要求。这就导致了利用发光光谱窄的发光二极管来形成波长范围宽的照射光的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够对发光二极管进行有效混光的装置以及具有该混光功能的照明和/或信号指示设备。
为了实现上述实用新型目的,本实用新型的技术方案通过以下方式来实现:
根据本实用新型的一个方面,提供一种发光二极管混光装置,包括:
第一发光二极管,用于发射具有第一颜色的光;
第二发光二极管,用于发射具有与第一颜色不同的第二颜色的光;
混光光导,所述混光光导具有第一入口、第二入口和出口,所述第一入口用于接收从第一发光二极管发射的具有第一颜色的光,所述第二入口用于接收从第二发光二极管发射的具有第二颜色的光,经过混合的光从所述出口射出。
进一步地,所述第一入口和第二入口位于所述混光光导的同一侧。
进一步地,所述第一入口和第二入口分别位于所述混光光导的相对的两侧或相邻的两侧。
进一步地,所述混光光导具有第一分支部和第二分支部,所述第一入口位于第一分支部的端部,所述第二入口位于第二分支部的端部。
再进一步地,所述混光光导在所述第一入口和/或第二入口处设有磷光层。
具体地,所述混光光导在第一入口和/或第二入口和/或出口处设有散射凸起。
具体地,所述发光二极管混光装置包括多个所述第一发光二极管和多个所述第二发光二极管,所述多个所述第一发光二极管和/或多个所述第二发光二极管能够全部地或部分地接通和断开。
具体地,所述发光二极管混光装置还包括第三发光二极管,用于发射与第一颜色和第二颜色都不相同的第三颜色的光,且所述混光光导还具有第三入口,所述第三入口用于接收从第三发光二极管发射的具有第三颜色的光。
具体地,所述发光二极管混光装置还包括与第一发光二极管和/或第二发光二极管连接的混色调整装置,所述混色调整装置能够调节第一发光二极管和/或第二发光二极管的光功率或控制第一发光二极管和/或第二发光二极管的接通和断开以调整从混光光导的出口出射的光的颜色。
根据本实用新型的另一方面,还提供一种照明和/或信号指示设备,其包括根据上述各种技术方案中任一个所述的发光二极管混光装置。
本实用新型的上述技术方案中的至少一个方面能够通过在混光光导中的混光来获得不同颜色的照射光以实现不同的照明和/或信号指示功能,甚至是装饰性效果。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。在说明书中,相同或相似的附图标号表示相同或相似的部件。下述参照附图对本实用新型实施方式的说明旨在对本实用新型的总体实用新型构思进行解释,而不应当理解为对本实用新型的一种限制。
图1示出了根据本实用新型的发光二极管混光装置100的实施例。该发光二极管混光装置100包括第一发光二极管10、第二发光二极管20和混光光导30。第一发光二极管10用于发射具有第一颜色的光11,第二发光二极管20用于发射具有与第一颜色不同的第二颜色的光21。混光光导30具有第一入口31、第二入口32和出口33。所述第一入口31用于接收从第一发光二极管10发射的具有第一颜色的光11,所述第二入口32用于接收从第二发光二极管20发射的具有第二颜色的光21,经过混合的光34从所述出口33射出。
虽然在图1中示出了三个第一发光二极管10和三个第二发光二极管20,但第一发光二极管10和第二发光二极管20的数量不限于此,例如,可以采用一个、两个、三个、四个、五个或更多个第一发光二极管10和/或第二发光二极管20。第一发光二极管10和第二发光二极管20的数量也不必相同。在一示例中,第一发光二极管10和第二发光二极管20可以以一维阵列或二维阵列形式布置。

在如图1所示的实施例中,第一发光二极管10和第二发光二极管20分别位于混光光导30的相对的两侧上。相应地,混光光导30的第一入口31和第二入口32分别位于所述混光光导30的相对的两侧上。然而,第一发光二极管10和第二发光二极管20的布置不限于此,第一发光二极管10和第二发光二极管20可以布置在混光光导30的同一侧上,例如如图2所示的发光二极管混光装置100’。在如图2所示的发光二极管混光装置100’中,第一发光二极管10和第二发光二极管20交替地布置在混光光导30的同一侧(图中为左侧),与第一发光二极管10和第二发光二极管20相对应的混光光导30的第一入口31和第二入口32也相应地交错地位于混光光导30的该侧的表面上。作为示例,在存在多个第一发光二极管10和第二发光二极管20的情况下,第一发光二极管10和第二发光二极管20可以并行地布置或交错地布置。另外,在一示例中,第一发光二极管10和第二发光二极管20也可以分别位于混光光导30的相邻的两侧上。同样地,在存在第三发光二极管的情况下,第三发光二极管也可以与第一和/或第二发光二极管处于混光光导30的同一侧或不同侧上。

作为示例,在存在多个第一发光二极管10和第二发光二极管20的情况下,在多个所述第一发光二极管10和/或多个所述第二发光二极管20能够全部地或部分地接通和断开。通过全部地或部分地将第一发光二极管10和/或第二发光二极管20接通和断开,可以获得不同的强度和颜色的经过混合的光以用于实现不同的功能。
本实用新型还提供一种照明和/或信号指示设备,其包括上述各种示例中任一种所述的发光二极管混光装置。

其特征在于,所述混光光导具有第一分支部和第二分支部,所述第一入口位于第一分支部的端部,所述第二入口位于第二分支部的端部。

3.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管混光装置,其特征在于,所述第一入口和第二入口分别位于所述混光光导的相对的两侧或相邻的两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管混光装置,其特征在于,所述混光光导在所述第一入口和/或第二入口处设有磷光层。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的发光二极管混光装置,其特征在于,所述混光光导在第一入口和/或第二入口和/或出口处设有散射凸起。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的发光二极管混光装置,其特征在于,所述发光二极管混光装置包括多个所述第一发光二极管和多个所述第二发光二极管,所述多个所述第一发光二极管和/或多个所述第二发光二极管能够全部地或部分地接通和断开。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的发光二极管混光装置,其特征在 于,所述发光二极管混光装置还包括第三发光二极管,用于发射与第一颜色和第二颜色都不相同的第三颜色的光,且所述混光光导还具有第三入口,所述第三入口用于接收从第三发光二极管发射的具有第三颜色的光。
8.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的发光二极管混光装置,其特征在于,所述发光二极管混光装置还包括与第一发光二极管和/或第二发光二极管连接的混色调整装置,所述混色调整装置能够调节第一发光二极管和/或第二发光二极管的光功率或控制第一发光二极管和/或第二发光二极管的接通和断开以调整从混光光导的出口出射的光的颜色。
9.一种照明和/或信号指示设备,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的发光二极管混光装置。
