本实用新型涉及一种新型膨胀螺栓。
背景技术
    膨胀螺栓,是将管路支/吊/托架或设备固定在墙上、楼板上、柱上所用的一种特殊螺纹连接件。然而现有的建筑楼房采用的墙砖基本为轻型的复合型砖材,如发泡砖、空心砖头等,在这样的墙面上进行膨胀螺栓的安装易发生打滑而造成螺栓可在砖内旋转,甚至发生脱落而造成事故。
发明内容
为了克服现有膨胀螺栓在现有的复合轻型砖墙的安装中易发生打滑旋转而导致松脱这一缺陷,本实用新型设计一种新型膨胀螺栓, 一种新型膨胀螺栓,包括栓体及套设于栓体外部的螺栓套,其特征在于,所述螺栓套周壁设有通孔,所述栓体与螺栓套之间设有可向外刺出的凸钉,所述栓体沿外周部设有螺旋状凹槽,所述凹槽沿栓体旋转方向的凹槽深度逐渐变浅,所述凸钉内端部嵌于凹槽内,当螺栓套旋转时,凸钉从螺栓套刺出。
进一步的,所述栓体后侧设有外螺纹,螺栓套后侧设有可与外螺纹相配合的锁紧螺母,锁紧螺母与螺栓套之间设有垫圈。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本实用新型结构简单,该结构避免了现有的膨胀螺栓在现有的复合轻型砖墙的安装中易发生打滑旋转而导致松脱这一缺陷,通过可向外刺出的凸钉,进一步保证了膨胀螺栓的防脱。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
如图1~3所示, 本实用新型设计一种新型膨胀螺栓,该膨胀螺栓包括栓体10及套设于栓体外部的螺栓套20,螺栓套20周壁设有通孔,所述栓体10与螺栓套20之间设有可向外刺出的凸钉30。
栓体10沿外周部设有螺旋状凹槽110,所述凹槽110沿栓体10旋转方向的凹槽深度逐渐变浅,凸钉30内端部嵌于凹槽内,当栓体10旋转时,凸钉30从螺栓套20刺出。
栓体10后侧设有外螺纹,螺栓套后侧设有可与外螺纹相配合的锁紧螺母40,锁紧螺母与螺栓套之间设有垫圈。

1.一种新型膨胀螺栓,包括栓体及套设于栓体外部的螺栓套,其特征在于,所述螺栓套周壁设有通孔,所述栓体与螺栓套之间设有可向外刺出的凸钉,所述栓体沿外周部设有螺旋状凹槽,所述凹槽沿栓体旋转方向的凹槽深度逐渐变浅,所述凸钉内端部嵌于凹槽内,当螺栓套旋转时,凸钉从螺栓套刺出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型膨胀螺栓,所述栓体后侧设有外螺纹,螺栓套后侧设有可与外螺纹相配合的锁紧螺母,锁紧螺母与螺栓套之间设有垫圈。
