本实用新型涉及一种新型膨胀螺栓。
背景技术
    膨胀螺栓，是将管路支/吊/托架或设备固定在墙上、楼板上、柱上所用的一种特殊螺纹连接件。然而现有的建筑楼房采用的墙砖基本为轻型的复合型砖材，如发泡砖、空心砖头等，在这样的墙面上进行膨胀螺栓的安装易发生打滑而造成螺栓可在砖内旋转，甚至发生脱落而造成事故。
发明内容
为了克服现有膨胀螺栓在现有的复合轻型砖墙的安装中易发生打滑旋转而导致松脱这一缺陷，本实用新型设计一种新型膨胀螺栓,该膨胀螺栓包括栓体及套设于栓体外部的套管，所述栓体前端设有一槽口，所述槽口内固定有一向栓体两侧外张的倒钩，所述套管前端呈圆锥状，锁紧时套管前端抵顶于倒钩的内侧面。
进一步的, 所述栓体后侧设有外螺纹，套管后侧设有可与外螺纹相配合的锁紧螺母，锁紧螺母与套管之间设有平垫圈。

进一步的,所述套管上还设有胶水渗透孔。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型结构简单，通过带有倒钩的螺栓端头，在实施过程中利用锥状的套管迫使倒钩张开以防止螺栓打滑。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
实用新型设计一种新型膨胀螺栓,该膨胀螺栓包括栓体10及套设于栓体外部的套管20，所述栓体10前端设有一槽口110，所述槽口110内固定有一向栓体两侧外张的倒钩30，所述套管20前端呈圆锥状，锁紧时套管20前端抵顶于倒钩30的内侧面，所述倒钩30剖面呈M型。
所述栓体10后侧设有外螺纹，套管20后侧设有可与外螺纹相配合的锁紧螺母40，锁紧螺母40与套管20之间设有平垫圈50，所述套管20上还设有胶水渗透孔210。
使用时，先用冲击电钻（锤）在固定体上钻出相应尺寸的孔，在孔内加入用于固定的胶水，再把栓体10、套管20装入孔中，旋紧螺母40即可使套管20抵顶于倒钩30内侧面，迫使倒钩30外张，同时，套管20上的设有胶水渗透孔210将胶水渗透乳套管20与栓体10之间，继续锁紧使锁紧螺栓与固定体之间成为一体，由于内侧的倒钩外张可防止螺栓的打滑与旋转，实现稳固。

1.一种新型膨胀螺栓, 包括栓体及套设于栓体外部的套管，其特征在于，所述栓体前端设有一槽口，所述槽口内固定有一向栓体两侧外张的倒钩，所述套管前端呈圆锥状，锁紧时套管前端抵顶于倒钩的内侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型膨胀螺栓,所述栓体后侧设有外螺纹，套管后侧设有可与外螺纹相配合的锁紧螺母，锁紧螺母与套管之间设有平垫圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型膨胀螺栓,所述倒钩呈M型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型膨胀螺栓,所述套管上还设有胶水渗透孔。
