背景技术
目前的聚苯板生产效率低下，产量比较小，不能达到连续生产。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供敞口型连续式防火聚苯板渗透设备，采用连续式推进板材浸渍真空吸附，能增加产量。 
本实用新型的技术方案如下：敞口型连续式防火聚苯板渗透设备，它包括进料口、电机减速机模块、水槽、吸水管、吸气管、主动辊筒、从动辊筒、带孔皮带、真空箱、第一真空罐、第二真空罐，泡沫板材从进料口进入从动辊筒与主动辊筒上面的带孔皮带上，带孔皮带的的下方设置一真空箱，在带孔皮带的上方设置有水槽，水槽中有防火液，防火液在真空的作用下，透过泡沫板材，进入带孔皮带，废液在真空罐的作用下，通过吸水管和吸气管将其分别吸入第一真空罐和第二真空罐，吸水管设置在吸气管的下方，达到气液分离的目的。 
第一真空罐的下方设置一带阀门排水管，待废液达到一定程度后开启阀门。

具体实施方式
敞口型连续式防火聚苯板渗透设备，它包括进料口1、电机减速机模块2、水槽3、吸水管8、吸气管7、主动辊筒5、从动辊筒6、带孔皮带4、真空箱12、第一真空罐9、第二真空罐10，带阀门排水管11，泡沫板材从进料口进入从动辊筒6与主动辊筒5上面的带孔皮带4上，带孔皮带4的的下方设置一真空箱12，在带孔皮带4的上方设置有水槽3，水槽3中有防火液，防火液在真空的作用下，透过泡沫板材，进入带孔皮带4，废液在真空罐的作用下，通过吸水管8和吸气管7将其分别吸入第一真空罐9和第二真空罐10，吸水管8设置在吸气管7的下方，达到气液分离的目的。 
第一真空罐9的下方设置一带阀门排水管11，待废液达到一定程度后开启阀门。

1.敞口型连续式防火聚苯板渗透设备，它包括进料口、电机减速机模块、水槽、吸水管、吸气管、主动辊筒、从动辊筒、带孔皮带、真空箱、第一真空罐、第二真空罐，其特征在于：泡沫板材从进料口进入从动辊筒与主动辊筒上面的带孔皮带上，带孔皮带的的下方设置一真空箱，在带孔皮带的上方设置有水槽，水槽中有防火液，防火液在真空的作用下，透过泡沫板材，进入带孔皮带，废液在真空罐的作用下，通过吸水管和吸气管将其分别吸入第一真空罐和第二真空罐，吸水管设置在吸气管的下方。
2.根据权利要求１所述的敞口型连续式防火聚苯板渗透设备，其特征在于：第一真空罐的下方设置一带阀门排水管，待废液达到一定程度后开启阀门。
