本实用新型涉及一种破碎及回收装置,更具体的涉及一种破碎废弃荧光灯及回收破碎混合料中汞的装置。
背景技术
随着我国绿色照明工程不断推进和人们节能环保意识的不断增强,传统的白炽灯逐步被更加高效、节能的直管荧光灯、紧凑型荧光灯等所替代。由于荧光灯利用汞作为活性激活成分,不同型号的荧光灯都含有一定量的汞,如果对废弃荧光灯不加处理或处置不当,将对人类健康和环境产生极大危害,因此,必须对废弃的荧光灯进行无害化处理。
发明内容
本实用新型设计了一种破碎废弃荧光灯及回收汞的装置,能够消除对人类健康和环境的危害,且将汞收集回收利用,一种破碎废弃荧光灯及回收破碎混合料中汞的装置,其特征在于:包括加热蒸发器及与加热蒸发器配合的密封盖;所述密封盖的下方设有伸入到加热蒸发器内部的中心轴,所述中心轴的外面设有螺旋片,在密封盖的上方设有驱动中心轴转动的电机;所述密封盖上设有供惰性气体导入的导入口和供汞蒸气与惰性气体混合气体导出的导出口,所述的导出口与冷凝回收器相连接。
进一步的,所述密封盖与滑套连接,所述滑套套接在垂直支架上,所述垂直支架的下方连接固定底座。
进一步的,所述的固定底座为U形底座,U形底座上设有可沿U形底座开口方向滑动的底板,所述底板上方设有放置加热蒸发器的内凹形槽。
进一步的,所述的垂直支架上设有一横梁,所述横梁上设有可在水平方向上移动的吊运加热蒸发器的起重装置。
本实用新型的有益效果为:采用本实用新型,在加热蒸发器中就可利用螺旋片打碎废弃的荧光灯,进而将其中的汞蒸发出来进入冷凝系统,将汞回收利用,不仅避免了人工破碎荧光灯带来的危险及汞对环境的污染,还能将收集到的汞重新回收利用,实现资源循环。

以下结合附图和本发明优选的具体实施例,对本发明作进一步地阐述:一种破碎废弃荧光灯及回收破碎混合料中汞的装置,包括加热蒸发器1及与加热蒸发器1配合的密封盖2;所述密封盖2的下方设有伸入到加热蒸发器内部的中心轴21,所述中心轴21的外面设有螺旋片22,在密封盖2的上方设有驱动中心轴转动的电机23;所述密封盖2上设有供惰性气体导入的导入口24和供汞蒸气与惰性气体混合气体导出的导出口25,所述的导出口25与冷凝回收器及惰性气体供给装置3相连接,所述密封盖2与滑套4连接,所述滑套4套接在垂直支架41上,所述垂直支架41的下方连接U形底座,U形底座上设有可沿U形底座开口方向滑动的底板51,所述底板51上方设有放置加热蒸发器1的内凹形槽52,所述的垂直支架41上设有一横梁6,所述横梁6上设有可在水平方向上移动的吊运加热蒸发器1的起重装置61。在本实施例中,将废弃荧光灯装进加热蒸发器1中,利用起重装置61将加热蒸发器1放置在底板51上的内凹形槽52上,盖紧密封盖2,启动电机23,螺旋片22打碎荧光灯,通过加热蒸发器1加热,使汞成为蒸汽,在导入口24导入惰性气体带动汞蒸气从导出口25导出进入冷凝回收器,从而回收得到汞。本实用新型中的冷凝回收器及惰性气体供给设备都安装在一个装置中,因而本实施例附图中的3指的是总体装置,导入口接入惰性气体的输出口,导出口接到冷凝回收器的入口。

1.一种破碎废弃荧光灯及回收破碎混合料中汞的装置,其特征在于:包括加热蒸发器及与加热蒸发器配合的密封盖;所述密封盖的下方设有伸入到加热蒸发器内部的中心轴,所述中心轴的外面设有螺旋片,在密封盖的上方设有驱动中心轴转动的电机;所述密封盖上设有供惰性气体导入的导入口和供汞蒸气与惰性气体混合气体导出的导出口,所述的导出口与冷凝回收器相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的破碎废弃荧光灯及回收破碎混合料中汞的装置,其特征在于:所述密封盖与滑套连接,所述滑套套接在垂直支架上,所述垂直支架的下方连接固定底座。
3.根据权利要求2所述的破碎废弃荧光灯及回收破碎混合料中汞的装置,其特征在于:所述的固定底座为U形底座,U形底座上设有可沿U形底座开口方向运动的底板,所述底板上方设有放置加热蒸发器的内凹形槽。
