一种型材冲口装置，包括支架，所述支架上设有砂轮机，所述砂轮机的一端设有砂轮片，所述砂轮机的另一端设有切割片，所述支架上设有放料台，所述放料台上设有限位块，所述限位块上设有调节螺母。
本实用新型有益效果在于：（1）结构设计合理，在普通的砂轮机一端安装切割片，利用砂轮机的动力轴旋转带动切割片的转动；（2）操作简单，仅需一个人将型材置入放料台，省时省力。（3）加工精度高，放料台上设有限位块，利用调节螺母调节限位块之间的距离，实现不同宽度型材的冲口，且另一端的砂轮机可以对冲口后的型材进行二次打磨，保证了加工质量。
