本实用新型涉及一种环面托料辊轮,适用于冷冲压落料模具,特别涉及一种用于举升/传输冲压板料的环面托料辊轮。
背景技术
落料模具中应用的托料辊轮与冲压板料接触面为圆柱面,理想状态下与平板料为线接触, 接触区曲率半径为辊轮半径。但在生产实践中发现由于零部件制造精度/模具装配误差等原因辊轮与板料难以保持理想的线接触状态,实际接触区曲率半径约为R3-R6且不稳定;由此引发落料得到的料片下表面有(被托料辊轮)划伤的质量缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的提供一种环面托料辊轮,其适用于冷冲压落料模具,其作用在于消除落料片下表面被托料辊轮划伤的质量缺陷。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:环面托料辊轮,其特征在于:辊轮横向排列布置在落料模具上,辊轮为环面结构,辊轮的外缘截面为圆弧,辊轮与冲压板料接触的接触区的曲率半径为R20mm-R50mm。
本实用新型的积极效果是通过改变托料辊轮外缘的形状,使之与板料接触区的曲率半径变大,从而大幅度减轻其对板料的划伤。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图描述本实用新型作进一步说明:如图1、2所示,环面托料辊轮,其特征在于:辊轮1横向排列布置在落料模具2上,辊轮1为环面结构,辊轮1的外缘截面为圆弧4,辊轮1与冲压板料接触的接触区3的曲率半径为R20mm-R50mm。
改变辊轮1外部形状,由圆柱面更改为环面,辊轮1最大直径不变,回转截面线由直线倒圆角改良为大圆弧倒圆角形状。
辊轮1, 使用中其零部件制造精度/模具装配误差不影响托料辊轮与平板料保持近似球面接触状态,实际接触区3曲率半径约为R20-R50,消除了料片(被托料辊轮)划伤的质量缺陷。
