背景技术
银杏又名白果，属于干果类，其经济结果年限可达数千年之久。在诸多的干果中，银杏的经济价值排名第三。银杏的价值主要体现在食用和药用，尤其是防治高血压、心脏病重要的医药原料。在利用银杏作为食品原料或者医药原料时，需将其外壳剥离，以便于进一步加工提炼。目前，大多数还是采用人工去皮，然而银杏的果皮中含有毒化学成分，人工去皮会影响操作者的身体健康，而且效率低下，易损坏果仁。
实用新型内容
本实用新型根据上述现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种集去皮和清洗于一体的高效率银杏去皮清洗机。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种银杏去皮清洗机，包括水箱和设于水箱下方的动力驱动装置，所述水箱内通过螺栓固定有转盘，所述转盘的两端通过转轴分别连接有动力驱动装置和去皮装置；所述去皮装置为包覆在硬质基底上的弹性柔韧材料构成，去皮装置上还设有圆孔；所述水箱表面设有进料口，其四周壁上设有进料口、进水口和出渣口。
作为优选，所述进料口至少为一个。
作为优选，所述弹性柔韧材料为橡胶材料。
作为优选，所述动力驱动装置包括电机和变速箱，电机与变速箱连接，变速箱顶部连接转盘。
作为优选，所述出渣口设有开关阀。

如图1所示，一种银杏去皮清洗机，包括水箱和设于水箱下方的动力驱动装置，所述水箱内通过螺栓固定有转盘，所述转盘的两端通过转轴分别连接有动力驱动装置和去皮装置；所述去皮装置为包覆在硬质基底上的弹性柔韧材料构成，去皮装置上还设有圆孔；所述水箱表面设有进料口，其四周壁上设有进料口、进水口和出渣口。
所述进料口至少为一个；所述弹性柔韧材料为橡胶材料；所述动力驱动装置包括电机和变速箱，电机与变速箱连接，变速箱顶部连接转盘；所述出渣口设有开关阀。
本实用新型的去皮、清洗过程如下：将银杏果通过进料口倒入，打开进水口放水，放满水后，打开开关，银杏果将在转盘带动下旋转，并通过去皮装置去皮；去皮完成后，打开出渣口，银杏果皮会顺着水流排出，打开出料口，银杏会在惯性的作用下倒出。
上述方案只是本实用新型的最佳实施方案，但在不改变本实用新型的精神背景下，所做的任何改进，均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种银杏去皮清洗机，包括水箱和设于水箱下方的动力驱动装置，其特征在于，所述水箱内通过螺栓固定有转盘，所述转盘的两端通过转轴分别连接有动力驱动装置和去皮装置；所述去皮装置为包覆在硬质基底上的弹性柔韧材料构成，去皮装置上还设有圆孔；所述水箱表面设有进料口，其四周壁上设有进料口、进水口和出渣口。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种银杏去皮清洗机，其特征在于，所述弹性柔韧材料为橡胶材料。
