本实用新型了一种无极绳连续牵引车旋转摆臂式压绳装置，在压绳轮支架上装有一组相对的压绳轮组件，所述的压绳轮组件包括两块错开相对的旋转摆臂，旋转摆臂通过旋转轴销装在压绳轮支架上，在旋转摆臂的两端分别装有“T”型压绳轮。本实用新型具有如下的技术效果，当无极绳连续牵引梭子通过压绳装置时，强行挤压压绳轮组件一端的“T”型压绳轮，利用旋转摆臂的摆动，压绳轮组件一端的“T”型压绳轮向外侧移动，旋转摆臂另一端的“T”型压绳轮侧向内侧移动，挤压钢丝绳，钢丝绳发生微型变形，形成弧线，相对安装的压绳轮组件对钢丝绳形成一组反推力，反向压住钢丝绳，防止钢丝绳过度摆动，当梭子通过后，压绳轮组件通过钢丝绳的张力复位，压住钢丝绳，防止钢丝绳的掉绳，保证设备的安全正常运行。

背景技术
无极绳连续牵引车亦称梭车在轨道的变坡点要安装压绳轮装置，从而保证无极绳连续牵引车在能安全通过轨道变坡点，目前使用的压绳轮装置主要有两种，一种是常规的压绳轮，它是通过简单的圆孔与轴销配合实现旋转来达到压绳的目的，由于安装误差、轨道误差等容易导致无极绳连续牵引车上的梭子在通过压绳轮时会碰击到压绳轮，从而影响压绳轮及梭子的使用寿命，还容易造成安全事故，另一种是利用弹簧的伸缩力来控制压绳轮摆动的压绳轮装置，此装置的使用寿命受弹簧弹性大小的影响，且弹簧的弹性力不容选择和控制，一旦弹簧失效同样容易造成安全事故的发生。

如图1、图2、图3所示，一种无极绳连续牵引车旋转摆臂式压绳装置，在压绳轮支架4上装轨道6和有一组相对的压绳轮组件，所述的压绳轮组件包括两块错开相对的旋转摆臂1，所述的旋转摆臂1为“V”字形，旋转摆臂1通过旋转轴销3装在压绳轮支架4上，在旋转摆臂1的两端分别装有“T”型压绳轮2，两块旋转摆臂1错开相对，因此旋转摆臂1的两端的“T”型压绳轮2与相对的旋转摆臂1的两端的“T”型压绳轮2不是相向对压，无极绳连续牵引车的梭子7通过压绳装置时，一端的“T”型压绳轮向外侧移动，旋转摆臂另一端的“T”型压绳轮侧向内侧移动，压住钢丝绳，防止钢丝绳的掉绳，保证设备的安全正常运行。
