本实用新型涉及一种多功能混配供液车,包括底盘车,底盘车的主梁上方固定设置有操作平台、液压油箱、干粉添加器、电气控制系统的操作箱、随车起重机和液添罐;底盘车的主梁中部两侧分别固定设置有离心泵、排出管汇和吸入管汇,排出管汇连通离心泵的出水口,吸入管汇连通离心泵的进水口;液添泵固定设置在液添罐的侧壁,其进水口连通液添罐、出水口连通排出管汇;干粉添加器下端的出料口连通排出管汇;底盘车的发动机与液压泵连接,液压泵通过液压多路阀与离心泵、随车起重机、液添罐和液添泵连接;电气控制系统连接底盘车的发动机、液压泵和液压多路阀。本实用新型的成本低、工作效率高,能够实现多种油田作业功能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于油田作业的压裂设备,具体是一种多功能混配供液车。
背景技术
混配供液车作为压裂施工车组中的重要组成设备,广泛应用于石油天然气作业领域。混配供液车是实现向下游设备输酸,供液的主要设备,而传统混配供液车通常配置一台吸入离心泵,一个混合罐及一台排出离心泵,结构配置简单,功能单一,在实际作业中,需要配备其他设备来完成作业,作业成本高,工作效率低;同时,在实际作业中,诸多辅助作业的器材,例如高压管汇、液添桶、低压软管等,需要通过人工进行搬运,人力成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种作业和人力成本低,工作效率高的多功能混配供液车,能够实现多种油田作业功能。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种多功能混配供液车,包括底盘车、液压系统、电气控制系统、操作平台、干粉添加器、随车起重机、液添罐、液添泵、离心泵、排出管汇和吸入管汇,所述液压系统包括液压油箱、液压泵和液压多路阀,所述底盘车的主梁上方固定设置有所述操作平台,所述操作平台上固定设置有所述液压油箱和所述电气控制系统的操作箱;所述随车起重机固定设置在所 述底盘车的后悬架上,所述底盘车的后桥上固定设置有所述液添罐,所述底盘车的主梁中部两侧分别固定设置有所述离心泵,所述底盘车的主梁两侧、所述离心泵和所述液添罐之间分别固定设置有所述排出管汇,所述排出管汇连通所述离心泵的出水口,所述底盘车的主梁两侧、所述离心泵和所述底盘车的车头之间分别固定设置有所述吸入管汇,所述吸入管汇连通所述离心泵的进水口;所述液添泵固定设置在所述液添罐的侧壁,其进水口连通所述液添罐、出水口连通所述排出管汇;所述干粉添加器竖直设置在所述操作平台上,其下端的出料口连通所述排出管汇;所述底盘车的发动机与所述液压泵连接,所述液压泵通过所述液压多路阀与所述离心泵、所述随车起重机、所述液添罐和所述液添泵连接;所述电气控制系统连接所述底盘车的发动机、所述液压泵和所述液压多路阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、由于所述随车起重机固定设置在所述底盘车的后悬架上,所述底盘车的发动机与所述液压泵连接,所述液压泵通过所述液压多路阀与所述随车起重机连接,通过所述随车起重机搬运高压管汇、液添桶、低压软管等辅助作业器材,降低了人力成本。
2、清水或酸液由所述吸入管汇进入所述离心泵加压后,通过所述排出管汇进入下游混砂设备实现混配压裂基液的供液;向所述干粉添加器内添加胍胶粉,胍胶粉通过所述干粉添加器下端的出料口进入所述排出管汇,从而实现压裂基液的混配;在所述液添罐内加入胶联剂等化学添加剂,胶联剂等化学添加剂通过所述液添泵进入所述排出管汇,从而进入下游混砂设备实现液添供液。在同一设备上实现多种功能,降低了作业成本;且所述电气控制系统连接所述底盘车的发动 机、所述液压泵和所述液压多路阀,各项功能通过所述电气控制系统统一控制,工作效率高,还方便管理。
进一步,考虑到提升所述操作面板在所述底盘车上方的牢固度以及提升作业安全系数,所述操作平台为矩形面板,在其底部四角分别固定设置有立柱,所述立柱远离所述操作平台的一端与所述底盘车的主梁固定连接;所述操作平台的顶部四边还分别固定设置有护栏。
进一步,考虑到合理利用所述操作平台的空间,所述操作平台上还放置有高压管汇、液添桶、低压软管等辅助作业器材。
进一步,考虑到提升所述吸入管汇和所述排出管汇供液的可靠性,所述吸入管汇和排出管汇均为高压管汇。
进一步,考虑到提升本实用新型的工作效率,所述液压泵设有两个,其中一个液压泵通过所述液压多路阀连接所述离心泵,另一个通过所述液压多路阀连接所述随车起重机、所述液添罐和所述液添泵连接。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本实用新型,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1所示,一种多功能混配供液车,包括底盘车1、液 压系统2、电气控制系统3、操作平台4、干粉添加器5、随车起重机6、液添罐7、液添泵8、离心泵10、排出管汇9和吸入管汇11,液压系统2包括液压油箱、液压泵和液压多路阀,底盘车1的主梁上方固定设置有操作平台4,操作平台4上通过螺栓固定连接有液压油箱和电气控制系统2的操作箱。随车起重机6通过螺栓固定连接在底盘车1的后悬架上,底盘车1的后桥上通过螺栓固定连接有液添罐7,底盘车1的主梁中部两侧分别通过螺栓固定连接有离心泵10,底盘车1的主梁两侧、离心泵10和液添罐7之间分别通过螺栓固定连接有排出管汇9,排出管汇9连通离心泵10的出水口,底盘车1的主梁两侧、离心泵10和底盘车1的车头之间分别通过螺栓固定连接有吸入管汇11,吸入管汇11连通离心泵10的进水口。液添泵8通过螺栓固定连接在液添罐7的侧壁,其进水口连通液添罐7、出水口连通排出管汇9。干粉添加器5竖直设置在操作平台4上,其下端的出料口连通排出管汇9。底盘车1的发动机与液压泵连接,并驱动液压泵。液压泵通过液压多路阀与离心泵10、随车起重机6、液添罐7和液添泵8连接,并驱动离心泵10、随车起重机6、液添罐7和液添泵8;电气控制系统2连接底盘车1的发动机、液压泵和液压多路阀,控制底盘车1的发动机、液压泵和液压多路阀的工作状态。
1.本实施例中,所述操作平台4为矩形面板,在其底部四角分别焊接有向下延伸立柱,所述立柱的底部与底盘车1的主梁固定连接,操作平台4的顶部四边还分别通过螺栓固定连接有向上延伸的护栏。操作平台4上还放置有高压管汇、液添桶和低压软管。吸入管汇11和排出管汇9均为高压管汇。液压泵设有两个,其中一个液压泵由底盘车1的发动机的夹心取力器驱动,并通过液压多路阀连接离心 泵10的马达;另一个由底盘车1的发动机的夹心取力器和变速箱取力器驱动,并通过液压多路阀连接随车起重机6的液压缸、液添罐7的搅拌器和液添泵8的马达连接。
工作原理:
操作人员站在操作平台4上操作集成在操作箱中的电气控制系统3,控制底盘车1的发动机的转速,进而使夹心取力器驱动与离心泵10连接的液压泵,并通过操作电气控制系统3控制液压泵的出油量和液压多路阀的阀值,进而控制离心泵10的马达的转速,驱动离心泵10工作。由于离心泵10有两个,并分别位于底盘车1的主梁两侧,当与离心泵10连接的液压泵正转时,驱动其中一个离心泵10工作,使位于底盘车1附近的清水或酸液从吸入管汇11通过离心泵10加压经由排出管汇9进入下游混砂设备,实现供液功能。当与离心泵10连接的液压泵反转时,驱动另一个离心泵10工作,使位于底盘车1附近的清水或酸液从吸入管汇11通过离心泵10加压经由排出管汇9进入下游混砂设备,亦能实现供液功能。两个离心泵10之间互为备用。
向液添罐7内加入胶联剂等化学添加剂,操作电气控制系统3,控制底盘车1的发动机的转速,进而使夹心取力器和变速箱取力器驱动与液添罐7的搅拌器和液添泵8的马达连接的液压泵,并通过操作电气控制系统3控制液压泵的出油量和液压多路阀的阀值,进而驱动液添罐7的搅拌器运转搅拌胶联剂等化学添加剂,同时,驱动液添泵8的马达运转,使胶联剂等化学添加剂排入排出管汇9,进入下游混砂设备实现液添供液。
向干粉添加器5内添加胍胶粉,打开干粉添加器5下端的出料口, 胍胶粉被离心泵10排出的有一定喷射压力的清水带入排出管汇9中并通过排出管汇排9给下游的压裂设备,从而实现压裂基液的混配并向外输送的功能。
操作电气控制系统3,控制底盘车1的发动机的转速,进而使夹心取力器和变速箱取力器驱动与随车起重机6的液压缸连接的液压泵,并通过操作电气控制系统3控制液压泵的出油量和液压多路阀的阀值,进而驱动随车起重机6工作,实现放置在操作平台4上的高压管汇、液添桶和低压软管以及作业现场的其他设备的搬运。

Claims (5)
1.一种多功能混配供液车,包括底盘车(1)、液压系统(2)、电气控制系统(3)、操作平台(4)、干粉添加器(5)、随车起重机(6)、液添罐(7)、液添泵(8)、离心泵(10)、排出管汇(9)和吸入管汇(11),所述底盘车(1)包括车头、主梁、后悬架和后桥,所述液压系统(2)包括液压油箱、液压泵和液压多路阀,其特征在于:所述底盘车(1)的主梁上固定设置有所述操作平台(4),所述操作平台(4)上固定设置有所述液压油箱和所述电气控制系统(3)的操作箱;所述随车起重机(6)固定设置在所述底盘车(1)的后悬架上,所述底盘车(1)的后桥上固定设置有所述液添罐(7),所述底盘车(1)的主梁中部两侧分别固定设置有所述离心泵(10),所述底盘车(1)的主梁两侧、所述离心泵(10)和所述液添罐(7)之间分别固定设置有所述排出管汇(9),所述排出管汇(9)连通所述离心泵(10)的出水口,所述底盘车(1)的主梁两侧、所述离心泵(10)和所述底盘车(1)的车头之间分别固定设置有所述吸入管汇(11),所述吸入管汇(11)连通所述离心泵(10)的进水口;所述液添泵(8)固定设置在所述液添罐(7)的侧壁上,其进水口连通所述液添罐(7)、出水口连通所述排出管汇(9);所述干粉添加器(5)竖直设置在所述操作平台(4)上,其下端的出料口连通所述排出管汇(9);所述底盘车(1)的发动机与所述液压泵连接,所述液压泵通过所述液压多路阀与所述离心泵(10)、所述随车起重机(6)、所述液添罐(7)和所述液添泵(8)连接;所述电气控制系统(3)控制所述底盘车(1)的发动机、所述液压泵和所述液压多路阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能混配供液车,其特征在于:所述操作平台(4)为矩形面板,在其底部四角分别固定设置有向下延伸立柱,所述立柱的底部与所述底盘车(1)的主梁固定连接;所述操作平台(4)的顶部四边还分别固定设置有向上延伸的护栏。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能混配供液车,其特征在于:所述操作平台(4)上还放置有高压管汇、液添桶和低压软管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能混配供液车,其特征在于:所述吸入管汇(11)和所述排出管汇(9)均为高压管汇。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种多功能混配供液车,其特征在于:所述液压泵设有两个,其中一个液压泵通过所述液压多路阀连接所述离心泵(10),另一个通过所述液压多路阀连接所述随车起重机(6)、所述液添罐(7)和所述液添泵(8)连接。
