根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种防止联箱变形的太阳能集热联箱发泡定位模具。
本实用新型所述的太阳能集热联箱发泡定位模具，包括两竖直固定在底座上的槽板，槽板边缘上铰接螺栓，螺栓上配合螺母；包括压板，压板边缘固定卡口，卡口与螺栓配合。
槽板与联箱之间的空隙设固定条，填补联箱与槽板之间的空隙，使联箱固定更牢固。
底座上设联箱端盖管接头安装孔，用于安装联箱端盖管接头，使联箱固定更牢固。
两槽板通过加强筋连接固定。
工作原理及过程：
工作时，将两联箱分别配合在两槽板内，将联箱端盖管接头安装在联箱端盖管接头安装孔内，将压板压在紧在联箱上，并将螺栓卡入卡口，拧紧螺栓将联箱压紧，然后对联箱进行发泡处理。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的太阳能集热联箱发泡定位模具，包括两竖直固定在底座上的槽板2，槽板2边缘上铰接螺栓4，螺栓4上配合螺母6；包括压板3，压板3边缘固定卡口5，卡口5与螺栓4配合。
槽板2与联箱1之间的空隙设固定条，填补联箱1与槽板2之间的空隙，使联箱1固定更牢固。
底座8上设联箱端盖管接头安装孔7，用于安装联箱端盖管接头，使联箱1固定更牢固。
两槽板2通过加强筋连接固定。
工作原理及过程：
工作时，将两联箱1分别配合在两槽板2内，将联箱端盖管接头安装在联箱端盖管接头安装孔内7，将压板3压在紧在联箱1上，并将螺栓4卡入卡口5，拧紧螺栓6将联箱1压紧，然后对联箱1进行发泡处理。
