工业粉尘、酸雾空气净化器,其特征在于:包括净化塔(1)、旋风除尘器(12)、引风机(14)和循环水泵(7),所述净化塔(1)设有若干检修孔(8);所述净化塔的底部设有循环池(5),所述循环池(5)的排污口上安装有排污阀(6);所述循环池(5)上方的净化塔(1)内设有进气管(9);所述进气管(9)的上方设有上下两层喷淋装置(2),两层喷淋装置(2)之间设置有隔网(3),所述隔网(3)与下层的喷淋装置之间设置有过滤填料层(4);所述两层喷淋装置通过管道与循环水泵(7)的出口相连接,所述循环水泵(7)的入口与循环池(5)相连接;所述净化塔(1)的顶部连接有引风管(15),所述引风管(15)的另一端口与引风机(14)的进风口相连接,所述引风机(14)的出风口与旋风除尘器(12)的进风口相连接;所述旋风除尘器呈漏斗状,通过支架平台(11)支撑固定,其顶部设置有排气管(13),其下方设有水封槽(10),所述旋风除尘器(12)的底端连接有除尘管,所述除尘管的底端口插入水封槽(10)液面以下;所述水封槽(10)通过管道与循环池(5)相连接。

[0002] 潮湿粉尘和湿度很大的烟雾处理是全国各厂家难于解决的问题,针对化合投料中 浓重与潮湿的混合气体,各大厂家基本都运用了喷淋、填料过滤、洗涤、化学反应吸收吸附 等除雾处理流程,但都存在管道沾尘、系统通道变小、处理量变小、净化不完全、风机叶片沾 尘失衡而震动变大、设备易坏等弊端。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种工业粉尘、酸雾空气净化器,以解决上述的技术 问题。

[0010] 有益效果:与现有技术相比,本实用新型采用管道喷射洗涤,循环液密封塔底口和 旋风除尘器下口,通过混合气体逆流喷淋、过滤洗涤、过滤吸附与化学反应、逆流洗涤、高速 旋风离心实现除雾、除尘,经久耐用、效果显著,而且,结构通用性强,更换过滤填料种类和 调节喷淋、洗涤液可除酸碱烟气或其他油气。

[0016] 所述净化塔的底部设有循环池5,所述循环池5的排污口上安装有排污阀6。所述 循环池5上方的净化塔1内设有进气管9。所述进气管9的上方设有上层喷淋装置21和下 层喷淋装置22,所述上层喷淋装置21设置有补水口。两层喷淋装置之间设置有过滤填料 层4,所述过滤填料层4的上方以及过滤填料层4与下层喷淋装置22之间都设置有隔网3。 所述两层喷淋装置通过管道与循环水泵7的出口相连接,所述循环水泵7的入口与循环池 5相连接;所述净化塔1的顶部连接有引风管15,所述引风管15的另一端口与引风机14的 进风口相连接,所述引风机14的出风口与旋风除尘器12的进风口相连接;所述旋风除尘器 12呈漏斗状,通过支架平台11支撑固定,其顶部设置有排气管13,其下方设有水封槽10,所 述旋风除尘器12的底端口插入水封槽10的液面以下。所述水封槽10通过管道与循环池 5相连接。

1. 一种工业粉尘、酸雾空气净化器,包括净化塔(1)、旋风除尘器(12)、引风机(14)和 循环水泵(7 ),所述净化塔(1)设有若干检修孔(8 );其特征在于:所述净化塔的底部设有循 环池(5 ),所述循环池(5 )的排污口上安装有排污阀(6 );所述循环池(5 )上方的净化塔(1) 内设有进气管(9);所述进气管(9)的上方设有上层喷淋装置(21)和下层喷淋装置(22),两 层喷淋装置之间设置有过滤填料层(4 );所述两层喷淋装置通过管道与循环水泵(7 )的出口 相连接,所述循环水泵(7)的入口与循环池(5)相连接;所述净化塔(1)的顶部连接有引风 管(15),所述引风管(15)的另一端口与引风机(14)的进风口相连接,所述引风机(14)的 出风口与旋风除尘器(12)的进风口相连接;所述旋风除尘器(12)呈漏斗状,通过支架平台 (11)支撑固定,其顶部设置有排气管(13),其下方设有水封槽(10),所述旋风除尘器(12) 的底端口插入水封槽(10)的液面以下。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的工业粉尘、酸雾空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤填料层 (4)的上方以及过滤填料层(4)与下层喷淋装置(22)之间都设置有隔网(3)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的工业粉尘、酸雾空气净化器,其特征在于:所述水封槽(10)通 过管道与循环池(5)相连接。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的工业粉尘、酸雾空气净化器,其特征在于:所述上层喷淋装置 (21)设置有补水口。
