本装置是对胶囊抛光机滚刷的改进，具体是一种可调节螺旋滚刷。
背景技术
原有的胶囊抛光机滚刷是整体圆柱结构，通过滚刷的旋转，使胶囊撞击外圈螺旋形外环向前推进。胶囊容易过度摩擦破损。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是降低原有胶囊抛光机滚刷对胶囊的过度摩擦。
本装置主要采用了螺旋结构的设计思路，有效的避免的胶囊的磨损，提高胶囊通过速度。

本实用新型的胶囊抛光改进装置，使用柔软的弹性材料，将整体圆柱滚刷改造为左旋螺旋结构，当滚刷旋转时，滚刷同时向胶囊提供向前的推进力，加速胶囊通过滚刷，大大降低了胶囊的磨损。通过调节螺旋的导程，可以调节胶囊的通过速度，达到可以根据不同的胶囊外观，选择提高或降低抛光程度。
图1是本实用新型的螺旋滚刷结构示意图。图中，螺旋滚刷设计成左旋螺旋结构，胶囊从进料口1进入，通过螺旋轨道2被毛刷3抛光，最后从出料口4出去。
图2是本实用新型的实际使用过程中的系统原理图。00即为本实用新型的螺旋滚刷；22为胶囊抛光机；11为无极调速电机。
本实用新型的胶囊抛光改进装置是在现有结构的滚刷作出的改进，实用性极强。可调节螺旋滚刷具有结构简单合理，是对现有胶囊抛光机滚刷的创新设计。
