Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种茶叶提取罐，该提取罐的罐体上部设有投料口、进水口和出气孔，罐体的底部设有第二层过滤网和底盖，底盖位于第二层过滤网下，在第二层过滤网之上以及罐体的侧壁上设有倾斜状的第一层过滤网，第一层过滤网和第二层过滤网的下部均设有与罐体外界相通的出液管。采用本实用新型，由于设置了呈上下结构的双层过滤网，具有两条抽料管道同时抽料，速度快，且第一层过滤网呈倾斜状，抽料时更不易造成堵塞，有效地解决了抽料难的问题。

背景技术
目前，普通的提取罐只有一层滤网，过滤速度慢，而且现在一些茶叶原料比较细，在浸泡提取的时候容易造成抽料难，抽料很容易堵塞。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供抽料速度快,防止筛网堵塞的一种茶叶提取罐。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：一种茶叶提取罐，在罐体上部设有投料口、进水口和出气孔，罐体的底部设有第二层过滤网和底盖，底盖位于第二层过滤网下，其特征在于在第二层过滤网之上以及罐体的侧壁上设有第一层过滤网，第一层过滤网和第二层过滤网的下部均设有与罐体外界相通的出液管。

下面结合具体的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参照图1，该茶叶提取罐的罐体1上部设有投料口2、进水口3和出气孔4，罐体1的底部设有第二层过滤网8和底盖11，底盖11位于第二层过滤网8下，在第二层过滤网8之上以及罐体1的侧壁上设有呈倾斜状的第一层过滤网7，第一层过滤网7和第二层过滤网8的下部均设有与罐体1外界相通的出液管9，出液管9与抽料泵10相连接。在罐体1底部的外壁上设有气缸支撑架5，气缸支撑架5上安装有气缸6，气缸6的一端与机械钩12相连接，机械钩12与底盖11相连接。
使用时，茶叶从投料口2投入罐体1中，开水通过进水口3进入罐体1内，其中气体可从出气孔4抽走或吸走，当至一定程度时，启动抽料泵10，将罐体1内的提取液经过出液管9抽出。由于具有第一层过滤网7和第二层过滤网8，它们呈上下结构，在双层滤网及两个管道的抽滤作用下，能有效减少堵塞，加快抽料速度。当茶叶浸提好后，固定在气缸支撑架5上的两个气缸6共同工作，使机械钩12脱钩，底盖111开启，茶渣自动从罐体1中倒出即可。

1.一种茶叶提取罐，在罐体上部设有投料口、进水口和出气孔，罐体的底部设有第二层过滤网和底盖，底盖位于第二层过滤网下，其特征在于在第二层过滤网之上以及罐体的侧壁上设有第一层过滤网，第一层过滤网和第二层过滤网的下部均设有与罐体外界相通的出液管。
