Abstract

一种输油管，包括有管体，管体的管口处设有连接法兰，管体设有连接套；连接套内腔设有U形过滤网；U形过滤网的下部设有砂砾收集槽；砂砾收集槽底部设有封盖；油品自管体的左侧向右侧流，依次经过U形过滤网的左侧网壁和右侧网壁；较大的砂砾穿过U形过滤网左侧的网孔，被U形过滤网右侧的网挡住后，较小的砂砾自U形过滤网底部的网孔掉入砂砾收集槽内，当累积满时，打开封盖，卸掉砂砾收集槽内的砂砾；若U形过滤网内的砂砾堆积较多影响油品流动时，打开连接套向上抽出U形过滤网，倒掉U形过滤网内的较大砂砾，具有结构简单、不堵塞、清理和维护方便的特点。

背景技术
现有的输油管在油品传输过程中，由于油品中有杂质，容易发生油管堵塞现象，目前现有技术在解决此问题时采用在油管中设置单层过滤网，阻挡砂砾等杂质，当砂砾杂质虽然被过滤网阻挡住了，但很容易在油管中形成堆积，造成输油不畅，同时其砂砾清理及其不方便，这样就延长了工作时间，增加了工作量。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种输油管，具有结构简单、不堵塞、清理和维护方便的特点。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种输油管，包括有管体，管体的管口处设有连接法兰，管体设有连接套；连接套内腔设有U形过滤网；U形过滤网的下部设有砂砾收集槽；砂砾收集槽底部设有封盖。
所述的U形过滤网底部的网孔大于侧壁的网孔。
所述的管体采用耐CO2+Cl-腐蚀的可焊12Cr的输油管。
所述的U形过滤网的左侧的网孔大于右侧的网孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
与现有技术相比，本实用新型在油管上设有过滤砂砾的U形过滤网，在U形过滤网底部设有砂砾收集槽，可有效解决油管因砂砾堵塞的问题，解决了现有技术只设置单层的过滤网，不能有效清理砂砾的技术难题，具有结构简单、不堵塞、清理和维护方便的特点。

本实用新型的工作原理是：
使用时，油品自管体1的左侧向右侧流，依次经过U形过滤网3的左侧网壁和右侧网壁；较大的砂砾穿过U形过滤网3左侧的网孔，被U形过滤网3右侧的网挡住后，较小的砂砾自U形过滤网3底部的网孔掉入砂砾收集槽4内，当累积满时，打开封盖，卸掉砂砾收集槽4内的砂砾；若U形过滤网3内的砂砾堆积较多影响油品流动时，打开连接套2向上抽出U形过滤网3，倒掉U形过滤网3内的较大砂砾，再将其放回原处。
