本实用新型公开了一种新型锥形口螺杆挤出机,包括进料口、挤出螺杆、套筒、机壳、出料口,所述的套筒依次为挤出段、混凝段、出料段,所述的套筒混凝段直径逐渐缩小,所述的挤出螺杆位于挤出段套筒中心位置;所述的混凝段套筒中心线位置设有分流柱,物料在挤出段经挤出螺杆混合、挤压后传送到混凝段,在混凝段经分流柱分流后沿分流柱四周向后传送,经出料段到达出料口,在出料口经切刀切粒成型后排出,进入下一环节。本实用新型所述的新型锥形口螺杆挤出机,通过分流柱结构提高混凝效果,同时通过混凝螺杆进一步的加强塑化效果,极大的提高了挤出机的性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种挤出机结构。
背景技术
目前,挤出机被广泛的应用于塑料、橡胶等产品的生产中。螺杆位于挤出机内部中心位置,主要的作用是完成混合物的传输,塑化,成型等功能。传统的挤出机螺杆本体上有均匀的螺纹,螺纹等距分布。这样在塑化、成型过程时得不到充分的挤压,部分还没来得及塑化的物料被带出挤出机,塑化及成型效果差。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术中的不足而提供一种新型锥形口螺杆挤出机,通过分流柱结构提高混凝效果,同时通过混凝螺杆进一步的加强塑化效果,极大的提高了挤出机的性能。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种新型锥形口螺杆挤出机,包括进料口、挤出螺杆、套筒、机壳、出料口,所述的套筒依次为挤出段、混凝段、出料段,所述的套筒混凝段直径逐渐缩小,所述的挤出螺杆位于挤出段套筒中心位置;所述的混凝段套筒中心线位置设有分流柱,物料在挤出段经挤出螺杆混合、挤压后传送到混凝段,在混凝段经分流柱分流后沿分流柱四周向后传送,经出料段到达出料口,在出料口经切刀切粒成型后排出,进入下一环节。
作为本实用新型所述的新型锥形口螺杆挤出机的一种优选方案,所述的分流柱呈双纺锤状,分流柱呈圆滑流线,所述的分流柱可以通过固定棱固定在套筒内,也可以通过分流柱末端安装连接杆与机壳连接。
作为本实用新型所述的新型锥形口螺杆挤出机的一种优选方案,还包括沿混凝段套筒分布的混凝螺杆,混凝螺杆末端与电机连接。
作为本实用新型所述的新型锥形口螺杆挤出机的一种优选方案,所述的混凝螺杆为多个,均匀分布在混凝段套筒内。
有益效果:
本实用新型所述的新型锥形口螺杆挤出机,通过分流柱结构提高混凝效果,同时通过混凝螺杆进一步的加强塑化效果,极大的提高了挤出机的性能。

如图所示,一种新型锥形口螺杆挤出机,包括进料口1、挤出螺杆2、套筒3、机壳4、出料口5,所述的套筒3依次为挤出段31、混凝段32、出料段33,套筒混凝段32直径逐渐缩小,呈锥形分布,挤出螺杆2位于挤出段31套筒中心位置;混凝段32套筒中心线位置设有分流柱7,分流柱7呈双纺锤状,分流柱7表面呈圆滑流线,沿混凝段32套筒均匀分布有两个混凝螺杆6,混凝螺杆末端与电机连接。

1.一种新型锥形口螺杆挤出机,包括进料口、挤出螺杆、套筒、机壳、出料口,所述的套筒依次为挤出段、混凝段、出料段,所述的套筒混凝段直径逐渐缩小,其特征在于:所述的挤出螺杆位于挤出段套筒中心位置;所述的混凝段套筒中心线位置设有分流柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型锥形口螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述的分流柱呈双纺锤状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型锥形口螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:还包括沿混凝段套筒分布的混凝螺杆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型锥形口螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述的混凝螺杆为多个,均匀分布在混凝段套筒内。
