背景技术
目前大功率LED主要有单晶,双晶,三晶机种,单晶机种主要有白光(需使用荧光粉),红光,黄光等,双晶机种主要有白光(两颗晶片点荧光粉),蓝绿光,红黄光,三晶机种主要有红绿蓝,红绿黄等全彩光。依据色彩学原理,白光是由红,绿,蓝三基色组成,补色定则为二色相加为白色,二色之间应为互补关系,例如黄蓝互补;紫绿互补和绿红互补。
现行业内LED白光主要使用黄蓝互补,即蓝光晶片通过激发黄色荧光粉产生白光。由于业内无白光LED晶片,所以生产蓝白双晶LED比较困难。

本实用新型提供了一种蓝白双晶大功率LED,以解决现有技术存在的蓝白双晶LED生产困难的问题。
本实用新型主要由支架、晶片和金线组成,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是支架为双晶支架,晶片包括两个蓝光晶片,蓝光晶片通过银胶固定于铜柱上,两个蓝光晶片分别通过金线与各自对应的正极引脚和负极引脚连接,在其中一个蓝光晶片的表面上涂布高浓度高粘度的黄色荧光胶。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型直接在蓝光晶片上涂布黄色荧光粉发白光,实现晶片发白光,解决了蓝白双晶LED生产困难的问题。

如图所示,一种蓝白双晶大功率LED,主要由支架、晶片和金线3组成,晶片包括蓝光晶片1和蓝光晶片2,支架为双晶支架,蓝光晶片1、蓝光晶片2通过银胶固定于铜柱4上,蓝光晶片1通过金线3与其对应的正极引脚5和负极引脚7连接,蓝光晶片2通过金线3与其对应的正极引脚6和负极引脚8连接,在蓝光晶片1上涂布高浓度,高粘度黄色荧光胶9,即可实现蓝光晶片1发白光,也就实现了蓝白双晶大功率LED。

1.一种蓝白双晶大功率LED,主要由支架、晶片和金线组成,其特征是支架为双晶支架,晶片包括两个蓝光晶片,蓝光晶片通过银胶固定于铜柱上,两个蓝光晶片分别通过金线与各自对应的正极引脚和负极引脚连接,在其中一个蓝光晶片的表面上涂布高浓度高粘度的黄色荧光胶。
