厂内在生产液压油管经常需要对弯管弯头处进行钻孔,目前厂内对弯管钻孔的方法首先需要通过划线对钻孔位置进行定位,然后用手枪进行钻孔,由于钻孔数较多,因此工人划线耗费大量时间,工作效率低下;另外由于钻孔位置在弯头上,其定位尺寸精度较差,并且有些孔是斜向的,钻孔很难操作,从而导致角度偏差较大。
