技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种胎圈钢丝的生产设施，尤其是拉丝校直器自动除尘装置。 
背景技术
胎圈钢丝在生产过程中需要经过机械除锈、拉拔、镀铜等多道工序，因此钢丝容易弯曲变形，需要经过校直器的校正处理，以保证钢丝的平直程度。然而校直器长时间使用后，校直器的轴承受到拉丝粉等粉尘的影响，形成积灰，这样会影响轴承的寿命，轴承一旦损坏后会出现转动不灵活或卡死的情况，影响对钢丝的校直，进而影响品质。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服上述背景技术的不足，提供一种拉丝校直器自动除尘装置，该除尘装置可以清除校直器上的积灰，延长校直器使用寿命，且具有结构简单的特点。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是： 
拉丝校直器自动除尘装置，包括两组或两组以上校直轮组组成的拉丝校直器，其特征在于：所述校直轮组布置在一可开合的箱体内，箱体的左右两侧分别设置用于钢丝穿越的进口和出口，箱体内还设置至少一个由外部供气装置供气且对准校直轮组喷气的喷嘴。 
所述外部供气装置通过至少一根穿入箱体内的压缩空气管连通所述的喷嘴，另有电磁阀串接在压缩空气管中。 
所述箱体内部的底端还设置有一用于收集被吹落的灰尘的收集桶。 
所述外部供气装置为气泵。 
本实用新型的有益效果是： 
本实用新型可以自动除灰，提高了拉丝校直器的使用寿命，防止拉丝校直器的轴承因转动不灵活造成直线校直不良；压缩空气通过电磁阀控制定时吹气，高效节能，且收集桶可以收集校直器上吹落的灰尘，方便卫生。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图，对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
如图所示，拉丝校直器自动除尘装置，其中的拉丝校直器包括两组或两组以上校直轮组，每组校直轮组均包含有若干个排列成两排且轴线平行的校直轮1，两排校直轮之间还交叉相间排列，各组校直轮组的校直轮轴线之间所构成的空间夹角小于或等于90度，以上结构均与现有技术相同。 
本实用新型的改进之处在于： 
本实用新型中，将所述拉丝校直器布置在一可开合的箱体2内，箱体的左右两侧分别设置用于钢丝穿越的进口和出口，这样可以有效防止外界污染物（空气中的尘埃等）沉积在拉丝校直器上影响产品品质。 
钢丝在经过校直后会产生一些拉丝粉，这些拉丝粉也会沉积在拉丝校直器上，为了清除这些拉丝粉，箱体内还设置至少一个由外部供气装置6供气且对准校直轮组喷气的喷嘴7，所述外部供气装置通过至少一根穿入箱体内的压缩空气管3连通所述的喷嘴。 
所述压缩空气管从箱体的右侧的开口9伸入箱体内部，所述压缩空气管穿入箱体内部后其末端与橡胶管4相接，该橡胶管向前延伸至所述校直轮组上方，且其末端对准校直轮组，橡胶管的末端装有喷嘴，外部供气装置供气后，喷嘴中吹出的空气可以吹落沉积在拉丝校直器上的拉丝粉。箱体内部空间狭窄，橡胶管柔软可弯折，较易布置在箱体内部。 
另有一电磁阀5串接在压缩空气管中，压缩空气管通过电磁阀控制后实现间断性供气（供气间隔时间可根据具体情况设定），既可以达到清除粉尘的作用，也有效节省了能耗；所述箱体下部装有一开关柜，所述开关柜中装有前述电磁阀。 
压缩空气管的另一端与外部的供气装置相连通，所述供气装置一般选用气泵，也可以是工厂内其余供气设备。 
所述箱体内部还制有一用于收集被吹落的灰尘的收集桶10，以便于随时收集积灰以及清理。 

Claims (4)

1.拉丝校直器自动除尘装置，包括两组或两组以上校直轮组组成的拉丝校直器，其特征在于：所述校直轮组布置在一可开合的箱体（2）内，箱体的左右两侧分别设置用于钢丝穿越的进口和出口，箱体内还设置至少一个由外部供气装置（6）供气且对准校直轮组喷气的喷嘴（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉丝校直器自动除尘装置，其特征在于：所述外部供气装置通过至少一根穿入箱体内的压缩空气管（3）连通所述的喷嘴，另有电磁阀（5）串接在压缩空气管中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拉丝校直器自动除尘装置，其特征在于：所述箱体内部的底端还设置有一用于收集被吹落的灰尘的收集桶（10）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的拉丝校直器自动除尘装置，其特征在于：所述外部供气装置为气泵。
