Abstract

本实用新型属于电力技术领域，具体涉及一种计量柜二次线辅助设备。
背景技术
在计量表计二次接线工作中，高压计量柜内接计量二次线，自接线盒到电表间有800cm2的布线空间，安装电表和终端，多数使用4平方塑铜线布线，共布10根线，另加485通讯线，形成线束，最后采用塑料扎线扎紧，此种方式不美观，用电检查时不便于查线，现场校验电表时不便于卡接线钳，容易出现计量误接线，增加电费损失率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种三相四线布线装置，以解决现有技术捆扎后不美观，用电检查时不便于查线，现场校验电表时不便于卡接线钳，容易出现计量误接线，增加电费损失率等问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：布线底板上方最外侧端设置若干支承板，支承板顶端设置凸台，凸台上设置倒角；布线底板上均匀设置若干分隔板，两两纵向分隔板之间形成布线槽，布线槽呈U型，最侧端布线槽间隔尺寸大于其他布线槽；两两横向分隔板之间形成转接槽；布线压盖的滑槽与支承板上端凸台上的倒角配套，布线压盖为透明材质；布线底板上预留通孔。
采用本实用新型积极效果是：该装置用于现场接线，采用预留通孔可将布线装置固定到剂量柜内，所有线按照布线槽及转接槽走线，接线直观漂亮，转接槽可用于接分支设备或转角；接线走径一目了然，便于用电稽查查线，并且可以防止计量误接线，减少电费损失。

如图所示：布线底板8上方最外侧端设置支承板7，支承板7顶端设置凸台2，凸台2上设置倒角9；布线底板1上均匀设置分隔板5，两两纵向分隔板5之间形成布线槽3，布线槽3呈U型，最侧端布线槽3间隔尺寸大于其他布线槽3；两两横向分隔板5之间形成转接槽4；布线压盖1的滑槽与支承板7上端凸台2上的倒角9配套，布线压盖1为透明材质；布线底板8上预留通孔6。

1.一种三相四线布线装置，其特征是：布线底板上方最外侧端设置若干支承板，支承板顶端设置凸台，凸台上设置倒角；布线底板上均匀设置若干分隔板，两两纵向分隔板之间形成布线槽；两两横向分隔板之间形成转接槽；布线压盖的滑槽与支承板上端凸台上的倒角配套，布线压盖为透明材质；布线底板上预留通孔。
