本实用新型涉及一种粗糙内壁热管,包括由端盖、热管本体形成的密闭腔体及封闭于密闭腔体内的工作流体,热管本体内壁设置多个均匀分布的弧形凸起部。本实用新型的技术效果为:热管本体内壁的多个弧形凸起部,增加了工作流体的换热面积,防止产生厚边界层,提高了换热效率和换热能力,制造成本低,安装方便。

技术领域
本实用新型属于换热元件领域,涉及一种热交换管,具体涉及一种粗糙内壁热管。
背景技术
热管是一种高效的强化传热元件,它充分利用了热传导原理与致冷介质的快速热传递性质,透过热管将发热物体的热量迅速传递到热源外,其导热能力超过任何已知金属的导热能力。
1942年,美国人高格勒提出热管的工作原理,但未引起人们的注意。1964年,因为航天技术的需要,美国人格罗弗发明了这种新型的传热元件。根据历史记录,直到20世纪的60年代,热管才普遍地受到人们的重视,逐渐走出实验室成为一种提高传热效率的元件。在20世纪80年代之前,热管的造价相当高,只是使用在政府和卫星上的系统等等一些高科技和重要领域上。当时,对于广大的电子产品的消费者来说,热管还是奢侈品。到了20世纪80年代,作为高端电子产品的散热设备,热管逐渐被市场接受,随着热管的普及,快速增长的需求降低了热管的制造成本。降低成本后的热管就使得散热设备的设计者们可以将热管应用于更多的产品中。到了近期的十多年,热管开始被用于大量的家用电器,最近几年也开始计算机系统。热管在早几年前就在笔记本电脑的散热系统中作为必不可少导热元件使用了,由于台式机CPU的发热量不断增大,近年来台式机CPU的散热使用也普遍。近年来还有用于LED灯方面的专利申请方案不断出现。
目前传统热管采用无缝管制成,内壁平滑,换热面积小,且内壁常常容易形成厚边界层,造成热管内容易产生热阻,影响了传热效率和传热能力。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中热管换热面积小、容易形成边界层造成传热效率和传热能力低的缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种粗糙内壁热管。
本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种粗糙内壁热管,包括由端盖、热管本体形成的密闭腔体及封闭于密闭腔体内的工作流体,为了提高热管本体内壁的换热面积,热管本体内壁设置多个均匀分布的弧形凸起部;弧形凸起部高度与热管本体内径的比值为0.05-0.15;弧形凸起部宽度与热管本体内径的比值为0.15-0.3。
与现有技术相比,本方案基于增加热管本体比表面积的构思,通过对现有热管构造的改进,设计了热管本体内壁有多个均匀分布的弧形凸起部的热管,本方案整体上防止形成边界层,实现了热管传热效率的提高,且整个装置制造成本低、安装方便、安全可靠。
基于上述方案,本实用新型还做出了如下的改进:
优选的是,所述的热管本体为金属无缝管,为铜、铝、碳钢、不锈钢或合金钢的至少一种。
优选的是,所述的热管本体外壁涂覆有绝缘涂层,厚度为0.08-1mm。
优选的是,所述的端盖与热管本体两端焊接在一起。
优选的是,所述的工作流体为氨、水、丙酮、甲醇氦、氮、钠或钾的其中一种。
优选的是,所述的热管本体横截面为圆形或椭圆形。
优选的是,所述的热管本体内径为2-200mm。
优选的是,所述的热管本体长度为1mm-100m。
本实用新型的技术效果为:
热管本体内壁的多个弧形凸起部,增加了工作流体的换热面积,增加了工作流体的扰动,提高了工作流体的湍动度,防止产生厚边界层,改善了流体速度与温度梯度的协同,提高了换热效率和换热能力,制造成本低,安装方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式:
如图1和图2所示,一种粗糙内壁热管,包括由端盖1、热管本体2形成的密闭腔体及封闭于密闭腔体内的工作流体,热管本体2内壁设置多个均匀分布的弧形凸起部3;弧形凸起部3高度与热管本体2内径的比值为0.05-0.15;弧形凸起部3宽度与热管本体2内径的比值为0.15-0.3。
热管本体2为金属无缝管,为铜、铝、碳钢、不锈钢或合金钢的至少一种。热管本体2外壁涂覆有绝缘涂层,厚度为0.08-1mm。端盖1与热管本体2两端焊接在一起。工作流体为氨、水、丙酮、甲醇氦、氮、钠或钾的其中一种。
热管本体2横截面为圆形或椭圆形,内径为2-200mm,长度为1mm-100m。

1.一种粗糙内壁热管,包括由端盖、热管本体形成的密闭腔体及封闭于密闭腔体内的工作流体,其特征在于:热管本体内壁上有多个均匀分布的弧形凸起部,弧形凸起部高度与热管本体内径的比值为0.05-0.15,弧形凸起部宽度与热管本体内径的比值为0.15-0.3。

4.如权利要求1或2所述的粗糙内壁热管,其特征在于:所述的热管本体横截面为圆形或椭圆形。 
5.如权利要求4所述的粗糙内壁热管,其特征在于:所述的热管本体内径为2-200mm。 
6.如权利要求5所述的粗糙内壁热管,其特征在于:所述的热管本体长度为1mm-100m。 
7.如权利要求1或2任一所述的粗糙内壁热管,其特征在于:所述的工作流体为氨、水、丙酮、甲醇氦、氮、钠或钾的其中一种。 
8.如权利要求1或2任一所述的粗糙内壁热管,其特征在于:所述的热管本体外壁涂覆有绝缘涂层,厚度为0.08-1mm。
