Abstract

一种旋转刹车闸把，适用于自行车的制动器，包括旋转闸把柄，滑轮固定，滑轮，闸线箍，螺栓，紧固螺母，闸把端部固定，主要特征是闸线箍通过螺栓与紧固螺母固定于车把上，旋转闸把柄可以在车把上自由旋转，并且旋转闸把柄可以通过与滑轮固定装置内部的配合，只能在一定角度范围内旋转，闸把端部固定通过与车把的螺纹配合防止旋转闸把柄从车把一侧脱落。车闸线的闸皮通过闸线箍固定，闸线内部钢丝绕过滑轮，穿过旋转车把柄的小孔，最终固定在旋转车把柄上。当扭动旋转车把柄时，将钢丝拉动，达到刹车的目的。

背景技术：
目前，现有和曾有的关于自行车制动器的执行机构，在执行制动过程中，由于车闸与车把有一定距离，需要手在扶住车把的同时拉动车闸，在这方面尚有不足。 
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种旋转刹车闸把，以解决以前车闸与车把有一定距离，使用不方便的问题。 
该实用新型包括：旋转闸把柄(5)，滑轮固定(8)，滑轮(3)，闸线箍(1)，闸把端部固定(6)，螺母Ⅰ(4)，螺母Ⅱ(9)，螺栓(10)。其中闸线箍(1)通过螺栓(10)和螺母Ⅱ(9)固定在车把上，旋转闸把柄(5)可以在车把上自由旋转，滑轮(3)顶端通过紧固螺母Ⅰ(4)固定并且留有一定间隙，便于滑轮自由旋转。 
车闸线的闸皮固定于闸线箍的小孔Ⅰ(2)上，闸线内部的钢丝绕过滑轮，通过滑轮改变方向，穿过旋转闸把柄的小孔Ⅱ(7)，最终固定在小孔Ⅱ(7)的另一端，本实用新型以右车把为例，通过旋转闸把柄(5)与滑轮固定(8)内部的嵌合使旋转闸把柄只能朝着使用者方向旋转。

具体实施方式：
如图1，闸线箍(1)通过螺母Ⅱ(9)和螺栓(10)固定在车把上，滑轮(3)套在滑轮固定(8)的轴上，顶端通过紧固螺母Ⅰ(4)固定并留有一定间隙，便于滑轮自由旋转。旋转闸把柄(5)的顶端通过闸把端部固定(6)固定，防止从车把一端滑落，本实用新型的零件中，只有旋转闸把柄(5)可以相对车把转动，滑轮(3)可以自由旋转，其他零件都相对车把固定。 
如图2所示，车闸线的闸皮固定在小孔Ⅰ(2)上，钢丝从中穿出，绕过滑轮(3)，改变方向之后穿进小孔Ⅱ(7)最终固定在小孔Ⅱ(7)的另一端。图4为旋转闸把柄(5)和滑轮固定(8)配合的初始状态，本实用新型以右车把为例，如剖视图D—D，当执行制动时，旋转闸把柄(5)逆时针转动，达到制动的目的。

1.一种旋转刹车闸把，包括旋转闸把柄(5)，滑轮固定(8)，滑轮(3)，闸线箍(1)，闸把端部固定(6)，其特征在于闸线箍(1)通过螺栓(10)和螺母Ⅱ(9)固定在车把上，旋转闸把柄(5)可以在车把上自由旋转，滑轮(3)顶端通过紧固螺母Ⅰ(4)固定并留有一定间隙，便于滑轮自由旋转，车闸线的闸皮固定于闸线箍的小孔Ⅰ(2)上，闸线内部的钢丝绕过滑轮，通过滑轮改变方向，穿过旋转闸把柄的小孔Ⅱ(7)，最终固定在小孔的另一端，通过扭动旋转闸把柄(5)达到制动的目的。
