背景技术
现在市场上的过滤液体或粉尘中的污物的过滤网多采用板材打孔,并在板材内部填满絮状纤维物、袋装物或装满颗粒介质,以实现介质的过滤及反冲洗维护,上述过滤网反冲洗时阻力大,冲洗效果也不理想,过滤效果不好,需要经常维护。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种过滤精度高、反冲洗阻力低、免维护的适合反冲洗的高精度无堵塞过滤网。    
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下方案,本实用新型包括带过滤孔的过滤网,其结构要点在于过滤网一侧表面设置有与过滤孔交错排布的纤维材质刷毛。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,刷毛呈圆锥状,顶点与过滤网固定连接,相邻刷毛的圆锥底面相互搭接。
实用新型有益效果:本实用新型采用在于过滤网上均布圆锥形刷毛,具有以下优点:
1、由于采用浓密的纤维材质的刷毛,当介质进入时,在介质压力流速的作用下,刷毛更紧密,经刷毛过滤后的介质经过滤孔进入相关系统,杂物只能停留在刷毛表面,不会轻易进入相关系统,过滤精度高;
2、反冲洗时刷毛方向与介质流动方向一致,当介质进入时,利用纤维物的柔性特征,在介质压力、流速的作用下,刷毛聚拢,将过滤孔露出来,阻力降低;采用反冲洗使过滤网更洁净,免维护。

本实用新型包括带过滤孔3的过滤网1,过滤网1一侧表面设置有与过滤孔3交错排布的纤维材质刷毛2。刷毛2呈圆锥状,圆锥的顶点与过滤网1固定连接,相邻刷毛2的圆锥底面相互搭接,可覆盖在过滤网1表面,提高了过滤精度。
