本实用新型涉及照明灯具技术领域，具体涉及一种大功率LED汽车灯具。
背景技术
LED灯具具有节能环保优点，进而越来越受到人们的青睐，但LED属于一种冷光源，需要有较好的散热技术才能保证其使用寿命，传统的自然风冷散热器重量和体积过大，特别是目前的大功率LED汽车灯具，体积和重量过大，在汽车前照灯上的应用受到了极大限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种大功率LED汽车灯具，以解决现有技术存在的散热效果差导致的体积和重量过大的问题。
本实用新型主要由LED光源、配光罩和驱动电源组成，配光罩固定在LED光源前端，解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是LED光源固定在一个软式热导管的一端，软式热导管的另一端固定在半导体制冷片上，半导体制冷片固定在车架上，所述软式热导管的两端为片状，中间连接部分为管状，两端设置固定孔。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型装置的LED光源产生的热量通过软式热导管到达半导体制冷片，半导体制冷片通过强制热交换将热量传递给车架，具有体积重量小、散热效率高和安装方便的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，一种大功率LED汽车灯具，主要由LED光源1、配光罩2和驱动电源5组成，配光罩2固定在LED光源1前端，LED光源1固定在一个软式热导管3的一端，软式热导管3的另一端固定在半导体制冷片4上，半导体制冷片4固定在车架6上，所述软式热导管3的两端为片状，中间连接部分为管状，两端设置固定孔7。
通电后，LED光源1发光，半导体制冷片4开始制冷，配光罩2配光后用于照明，LED在发光过程中产生的热量传到软式热导管3的一端，通过软式热导管3将热量传递到软式热导管3的另一端，半导体制冷片4强制性将热量传递给车架6，车架6散热面积较大，从而达到较好的散热效果。
软式热导管3的两端结构为面状，在与LED光源1和半导体制冷片4进行热量交换的时候有较大的接触面积，同时方便固定，中间连接部分为管状，有一定的柔软度。

1.一种大功率LED汽车灯具，主要由LED光源、配光罩和驱动电源组成，配光罩固定在LED光源前端，其特征是LED光源固定在一个软式热导管的一端，软式热导管的另一端固定在半导体制冷片上，半导体制冷片固定在车架上，所述软式热导管的两端为片状，中间连接部分为管状，两端设置固定孔。
