Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种流体输送设备及其旋转接头装置,旋转接头装置,包括内管;套设在所述内管外侧的外套环;套设在所述内管和外套环之间的轴套,且所述轴套与所述内管的外壁或者外套环的内壁抵接;压盖,所述压盖与所述外套环的一端固定连接,且所述内管的外壁上设置有凸起的定位挡圈,所述定位挡圈的两侧分别与所述压盖和轴套抵接;与所述内管轴向排布的法兰,且所述法兰的凸缘与所述外套环固定连接,且所述内管与所述法兰的连接处设置有与两者的连接端均抵接的水封。该旋转接头装置的结构设计可以实现两个管路之间的旋转连接。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及流体输送技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种流体输送设备及其旋转接头装置。
背景技术
混砂车的压力液通过输送管路排出,需要连接的两个管路之间常常通过法兰或者焊接的方式密封连接。然而有时也需要管路围绕其轴线转动以带动带压流体,如此便需要连接的两个管路之间可以实现相对转动连接,而现有技术中的连接方式都是固定连接而不能实现连接的两个管路之间相对转动。
综上所述,如何实现两个管路之间的旋转连接,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的第一个目的在于提供一种旋转接头装置,该旋转接头装置的结构设计可以实现两个管路之间的旋转连接,本实用新型的第二个目的是提供一种包括上述旋转接头装置的流体输送设备。
为了达到上述第一个目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种旋转接头装置,包括:
内管;
套设在所述内管外侧的外套环;
套设在所述内管和外套环之间的轴套,且所述轴套均与所述内管的外壁和外套环的内壁接触;
压盖,所述压盖与所述外套环的一端固定连接,且所述内管的外壁上设置有凸起的定位挡圈,所述定位挡圈的两侧分别与所述压盖和轴套抵接;
与所述内管轴向排布的法兰,且所述法兰的凸缘与所述外套环固定连接,且所述内管与所述法兰的连接处设置有与两者的连接端均抵接的水封。
优选地,上述旋转接头装置中,所述压盖与所述外套环通过螺钉固定连接。
优选地,上述旋转接头装置中,所述轴套与所述外套环的内壁为过盈配合。
优选地,上述旋转接头装置中,所述轴套的内壁与所述内管的外壁之间设置有密封圈,且所述内管的外壁上开设有能够容置所述密封圈的容置槽。
优选地,上述旋转接头装置中,所述水封的与所述法兰接触的面和与内管接触的面均为阶梯面,所述法兰和内管均开设有与所述水封的阶梯面配合的阶梯槽。
优选地,上述旋转接头装置中,所述法兰的凸缘与所述外套环之间通过螺钉固定连接。
优选地,上述旋转接头装置中,所述法兰与所述外套环之间还设置有密封圈,且所述外套环上开设有能够容置所述密封圈的容置槽。
一种流体输送设备,包括如上述中任一项所述的旋转接头装置。
本实用新型提供的旋转接头装置,包括内管、外套环、轴套、压盖以及法兰。其中外套环套设在内管外侧,轴套套设在内管和外套环之间,且轴套均与内管的外壁和外套环的内壁接触,以减小摩擦力。压盖的形状为环形,且压盖与外套环的一端固定连接,即压盖设置在外套环沿着轴向的一端,并且内管的外壁上固定设置有凸起的定位挡圈,定位挡圈的两侧分别与压盖和轴套抵接。法兰与内管轴向排布,即法兰和内管沿着轴向并排设置且两者轴线重合,法兰的凸缘与外套环固定连接,并且内管与所述法兰的连接处设置有与两者的连接端均接触的水封,内管的连接端即为其靠近法兰的一端,法兰的连接端即为其靠近内管的一端,在内管的连接端和法兰的连接端之间设置有水封,且水封与内管的连接端和法兰的连接端均接触,且内管内部与法兰的内部连通。法兰的另一侧可以连接其它管路。
应用本实用新型提供的旋转接头装置时,由于外套环与内管之间设置有轴套,因此可以将内管固定。由于定位挡圈与压盖抵接,同时法兰与压盖固定连接且法兰与内管之间设置有水封,因此定位挡圈与法兰同时作用可以防止外套环与内管发生轴向移动。如此,可以驱动外套环转动,由于法兰与外套环固定连接,因此可以实现外套环和法兰共同转动且内管固定不转动,以此实现了法兰和内管相对转动,法兰可以连接其它管路,进而实现了其它管路与内管的相对转动。当然,也可以内管转动,法兰和外套环固定,或者内管和法兰同时相对转动。
为了达到上述第二个目的,本实用新型还提供了一种流体输送设备,该流体输送设备包括上述任一种旋转接头装置。由于上述的旋转接头装置具有上述技术效果,具有该旋转接头装置的流体输送设备也应具有相应的技术效果。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的第一个目的在于提供一种旋转接头装置,该旋转接头装置的结构设计可以实现两个管路之间的旋转连接,本实用新型的第二个目的是提供一种包括上述旋转接头装置的流体输送设备。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本实用新型实施例提供的旋转接头装置,包括内管3、外套环7、轴套4、压盖2以及法兰8。其中外套环7套设在内管3外侧,轴套4套设在内管3和外套环7之间,且轴套4均与内管3的外壁和外套环7的内壁接触,,以减小摩擦力。压盖2的形状为环形,且压盖2与外套环7的一端固定连接,即压盖2设置在外套环7沿着轴向的一端,并且内管3的外壁上固定设置有凸起的定位挡圈9,定位挡圈9的两侧分别与压盖2和轴套4抵接。法兰8与内管3轴向排布,即法兰8和内管3沿着轴向并排设置且两者轴线重合,法兰8的凸缘与外套环7固定连接,并且内管3与所述法兰8的连接处设置有与两者的连接端均接触的水封5,内管3的连接端即为其靠近法兰8的一端,法兰8的连接端即为其靠近内管3的一端,在内管3的连接端和法兰8的连接端之间设置有水封5,且水封5与内管3的连接端和法兰8的连接端均接触,且内管3内部与法兰8的内部连通。法兰8的另一侧可以连接其它管路。
应用本实用新型实施例提供的旋转接头装置时,由于外套环7与内管3之间设置有轴套4,因此可以将内管3固定。由于定位挡圈9与压盖2抵接,同时法兰8与压盖2固定连接且法兰8与内管3之间设置有水封5,因此定位挡圈9与法兰8同时作用可以防止外套环7与内管3发生轴向移动。如此,可以驱动外套环7转动,由于法兰8与外套环7固定连接,因此可以实现外套环7和法兰8共同转动且内管3固定不转动,以此实现了法兰8和内管3相对转动,法兰8可以连接其它管路,进而实现了其它管路与内管3的相对转动。另外还可以驱动法兰8转动,同时驱动内管3反向转动以此实现法兰8和内管3相对反向转动。当然,也可以内管转动,法兰和外套环固定,或者内管和法兰同时相对转动。
其中,为了便于拆卸,压盖2与外套环7可以通过螺钉1固定连接,即在外套环7上开设螺纹孔,螺钉1穿过压盖2后与外套环7螺纹连接。螺钉1的数量可以为多个,且沿着压盖2的周向均匀分布。当然,压盖2与外套环7还可以通过焊接的方式固定连接,在此不作限定。
其中定位挡圈9可以与内管3通过焊接方式连接,当然定位挡圈9也可以与内管3为一体式结构,在此不作限定。
轴套4与外套环7的内壁可以为过盈配合,过盈量较小时轴套4与外套环7可以相对转动,过盈量较大时轴套4与外套环4可以相对固定。当然轴套4的外壁与外套环7的内壁还可以通过焊接的方式固定连接,在此不作限定。
为了保证轴套4的内壁和内管3的外壁之间的密封性能,还可以在轴套4的内壁和内管3的外壁之间设置有密封圈6,以防止流体从轴套4的内壁和内管3的外壁之间泄漏。其中,可以在内管3的外壁上开设有能够容置密封圈6的容置槽,如此则可以将密封圈6置于容置槽中。进一步的,密封圈6可以为O型密封圈。
其中,水封5与法兰8接触的面和与内管3接触的面均为阶梯面,法兰8和内管3均开设有与水封5的阶梯面配合的阶梯槽。即水封5夹在法兰8和内管3之间,并且水封5与法兰8的连接端接触的面和与内管3的连接端接触的面均为阶梯面,内管3的连接端和法兰8的连接端上均开设有与水封5的阶梯面配合的阶梯槽,如此则可以将水封5置于内管3的连接端和法兰8的连接端的阶梯槽内,以此进一步防止流体从内管3和法兰8的连接处泄漏。当然,水封5的与法兰8的连接端接触的面和与内管3的连接端接触的面也可以为平面,在此不作限定。
其中,为了便于拆卸,法兰8的凸缘可以与外套环7通过螺钉1固定连接,即在外套环7上开设螺纹孔,螺钉1穿过法兰8的凸缘后与外套环7螺纹连接。螺钉1的数量可以为多个,且沿着法兰8的凸缘的周向均匀分布。当然,法兰8与外套环7还可以通过焊接的方式固定连接,在此不作限定。
进一步地,为了保证法兰8的凸缘和外套环7之间的密封性能,还可以在法兰8的凸缘和外套环7设置有密封圈6,以防止流体从法兰8的凸缘和外套环7之间泄漏。其中,可以在外套环7的端部开设有能够容置密封圈6的容置槽,如此则可以将密封圈6置于容置槽中。进一步的,密封圈6可以为O型密封圈。
基于上述实施例中提供的旋转接头装置,本实用新型还提供了一种流体输送设备,该流体输送设备包括上述实施例中任意一种旋转接头装置。由于该流体输送设备采用了上述实施例中的旋转接头装置,所以该流体输送设备的有益效果请参考上述实施例。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (8)
1.一种旋转接头装置,其特征在于,包括:
内管(3);
套设在所述内管(3)外侧的外套环(7);
套设在所述内管(3)和外套环(7)之间的轴套(4),且所述轴套(4)均与所述内管(3)的外壁和外套环(7)的内壁接触;
压盖(2),所述压盖(2)与所述外套环(7)的一端固定连接,且所述内管(3)的外壁上设置有凸起的定位挡圈(9),所述定位挡圈(9)的两侧分别与所述压盖(2)和轴套(4)抵接;
与所述内管(3)轴向排布的法兰(8),且所述法兰(8)的凸缘与所述外套环(7)固定连接,且所述内管(3)与所述法兰(8)的连接处设置有与两者的连接端均抵接的水封(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转接头装置,其特征在于,所述压盖(2)与所述外套环(7)通过螺钉(1)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋转接头装置,其特征在于,轴套(4)与所述外套环(7)的内壁为过盈配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的旋转接头装置,其特征在于,所述轴套(4)的内壁与所述内管(3)的外壁之间设置有密封圈(6),且所述内管(3)的外壁上开设有能够容置所述密封圈(6)的容置槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的旋转接头装置,其特征在于,所述水封(5)的与所述法兰(8)接触的面和与内管(3)接触的面均为阶梯面,所述法兰(8)和内管(3)均开设有与所述水封(5)的阶梯面配合的阶梯槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的旋转接头装置,其特征在于,所述法兰(8)的凸缘与所述外套环(7)之间通过螺钉(1)固定连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的旋转接头装置,其特征在于,所述法兰(8)与所述外套环(7)之间还设置有密封圈(6),且所述外套环(7)上开设有能够容置所述密封圈(6)的容置槽。
8.一种流体输送设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7任一项所述的旋转接头装置。
