本实用新型公开了一种便携式电焊条保温包,包括包体,所述包体上设有焊条进出口,所述包体内设有蓄电装置,所述蓄电装置连接有电热管,所述焊条进出口设有与所述包体铰接的磁性盖体。本实用新型通过所述蓄电装置和所述电热管,在施工焊接过程中不需要外接电源即可实现焊条保温,使用非常方便;通过所述磁性盖体,保证了保温包在不抽取焊条时整体处于常闭合状态,提高了保温效果。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种焊接过程中对待焊焊条进行保温的装置,具体涉及一种便携式电焊条保温包。
背景技术
 在对压力容器、化工设备等焊接质量要求较高的场合,其焊接使用的焊条需要储存在焊条保温桶中,以保证焊条使用时能够干燥并维持在所需温度范围内,从而整体提高焊缝质量。目前,电焊条保温使用的金属保温桶存在以下缺陷:一是焊接环境复杂,特别是高空作业、移动作业时,携带不方便,不利于提高工作效率;二是在使用过程中,从高处落下容易摔坏,从而影响保温效果及使用寿命。
发明内容
 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种携带方便、保温效果好且不易摔坏的便携式电焊条保温包。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:便携式电焊条保温包,包括包体,所述包体上设有焊条进出口,所述包体内设有蓄电装置,所述蓄电装置连接有电热管,所述焊条进出口设有与所述包体铰接的磁性盖体。
作为优选的技术方案,所述蓄电装置包括蓄电池,所述蓄电池连接有伸缩式充电电缆。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述蓄电池位于所述包体内的一侧,所述电热管位于所述包体内的底部。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述包体顶端设有背带环和手提环。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,位于所述包体底端四角处分别设有地脚。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述包体外表面包覆有保温层。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述保温层外涂覆有PPU塑料层。
由于采用了上述技术方案,便携式电焊条保温包,包括包体,所述包体上设有焊条进出口,所述包体内设有蓄电装置,所述蓄电装置连接有电热管,所述焊条进出口设有与所述包体铰接的磁性盖体;通过所述蓄电装置和所述电热管,在施工焊接过程中不需要外接电源即可实现焊条保温,使用非常方便;通过所述磁性盖体,保证了保温包在不抽取焊条时整体处于常闭合状态,提高了保温效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本实用新型。在下面的详细描述中,只通过说明的方式描述了本实用新型的某些示范性实施例。毋庸置疑,本领域的普通技术人员可以认识到,在不偏离本实用新型的精神和范围的情况下,可以用各种不同的方式对所描述的实施例进行修正。因此,附图和描述在本质上是说明性的,而不是用于限制权利要求的保护范围。
如图1和图2所示,便携式电焊条保温包,包括包体1,所述包体1上设有焊条进出口2,所述包体1内设有蓄电装置,所述蓄电装置连接有电热管3,所述焊条进出口2设有与所述包体1铰接的磁性盖体4。所述蓄电装置包括蓄电池5,所述蓄电池5连接有伸缩式充电电缆6。所述蓄电池5位于所述包体1内的一侧,所述电热管3位于所述包体1内的底部。所述包体1顶端设有背带环7和手提环8。位于所述包体1底端四角处分别设有地脚9。所述包体1外表面包覆有保温层10。所述保温层10外涂覆有PPU塑料层。
使用时,先将焊条装进所述包体1内进行保温,用所述磁性盖体4整体封闭,需要取焊条时,将所述地脚9朝向上部,打开所述磁性盖体4,便可将焊条抽出。为了提高保温效果,所述焊条进出口最好设计的较小,以每次能取出单根焊条为宜。
由于采用所述蓄电池5和所述电热管3,在现场施工时不需要外接电源即可实现焊条的保温,使用非常方便;通过所述背带环7和所述手提环8,方便施焊人员携带,特别适合于高空作业、移动作业及施工现场环境复杂的场合;通过采用所述PPU塑料层,不仅提高了内部保温效果,而且使保温包外表柔软,手感舒适,从高处落下时不容易摔坏,延长了使用寿命。

1.便携式电焊条保温包,包括包体,所述包体上设有焊条进出口,其特征在于:所述包体内设有蓄电装置,所述蓄电装置连接有电热管,所述焊条进出口设有与所述包体铰接的磁性盖体。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式电焊条保温包,其特征在于:所述蓄电装置包括蓄电池,所述蓄电池连接有伸缩式充电电缆。
3.如权利要求2所述的便携式电焊条保温包,其特征在于:所述蓄电池位于所述包体内的一侧,所述电热管位于所述包体内的底部。
4.如权利要求1所述的便携式电焊条保温包,其特征在于:所述包体顶端设有背带环和手提环。
5.如权利要求4所述的便携式电焊条保温包,其特征在于:位于所述包体底端四角处分别设有地脚。
6.如权利要求1、2、3、4或5所述的便携式电焊条保温包,其特征在于:所述包体外表面包覆有保温层。
7.如权利要求6所述的便携式电焊条保温包,其特征在于:所述保温层外涂覆有PPU塑料层。
