背景技术：
现有技术中的电热管式暖手袋，利用电热管加热保温液，再由保温液将热量传递给袋体供取暖用。其缺点是电热管只有一次绝缘，一旦电热管破裂，就会使保温液带电，造成安全隐患，引发安全事故。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中的不足，提供一种带非金属材料套管的电热管式电暖袋。
本实用新型包括装有保温液的柔性袋体、安装在柔性袋体内的发热芯和安装在发热芯座上的电热管，所述的电热管表面套有一层非金属材料套管，所述的电热管两端面套有锥形密封圈，电热管连同非金属材料套管和锥形密封圈通过螺母紧固在发热芯座上。在紧固螺母时，套在电热管两端面的锥形密封圈将非金属材料套管压紧在电热管外避，防止保温液与电热管接触。在发热芯座内灌满有密封填料，将保温液与电热管再次完全隔开，这样就形成了二次绝缘层，达到提高电暖袋整体绝缘强度的目的。
本实用新型与现有电热管式暖手袋相比，即使电热管破裂，也保证不会使保温液带电，大大提高了电暖袋整体绝缘强度，。

具体实施方式：
参见图1，本实用新型的构成包括装有保温液3的柔性袋体2、安装在柔性袋体2内的发热芯4和安装在发热芯4座上的电热管11。图中的插座1以及电气连接关系均沿用现有技术。参见图2，在电热管11外面套上非金属材料套管10，该非金属材料套管可使用导热性能好、绝缘性能佳且耐高温的导热硅橡胶管。再在电热管11的两端面套上锥形密封圈9，用螺母7将电热管11连同非金属材料套管10和锥形密封圈9紧固在发热芯座8上，最后在发热芯座内灌满密封填料6。这样就将电热管11与保温液3隔开，形成2次绝缘，即使电热管11破裂，也保证不会使保温液3带电。

1.一种带非金属材料套管的电热管式电暖袋，包括装有保温液的柔性袋体、安装在柔性袋体内的发热芯和安装在发热芯座上的电热管，其特征是在所述的电热管外表面包裹有一非金属材料套管，所述的电热管两端面套有锥形密封圈，电热管连同非金属材料套管和锥形密封圈通过螺母紧固在发热芯座上。
