Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于制备食品的空气炸锅,包括外壳、上方开口的循环桶、炸篮、设于炸篮上方的热辐射装置及设于热辐射装置上方的导风部件,所述炸篮置于循环桶内,其具有侧壁和具有可透过空气的底壁,侧壁与循环桶的内侧壁之间设有供空气流通的通道;所述外壳上设有出风部件,该出风部件与外壳可拆卸连接。本空气炸锅的炸篮的底壁设有可透过空气的网孔,热空气从炸篮与循环桶之间的通道进入后,通往循环桶的底部位置,继而再经过炸篮底壁的网孔进入到炸篮内,以达到食物的受热均匀;出风部件容易产生很多油渍,可拆卸结构的出风部件使得清洗变得简单、方便,且实现了可更换。

技术领域
本实用新型属于制备食品的设备领域,尤其是涉及一种用于制备食品的空气炸锅。
背景技术
空气炸锅是利用高速空气循环技术,并且将快速循环热空气在锅体内产生高温的热风而使食物表面形成酥脆的表层,锁住食材内部的水分,达到普通油炸食品又香又脆的口感,且制备过程产生的油烟非常少,故而深受人们喜欢。现有的空气炸锅上部设有一通风口以进行换气,当循环后的废气从锅体内排出时,多少还是会携带一些油渍附着在通风口上,而通风口具有格栅结构,清洗十分不易,时间久了还容易产生油烟。且现有的空气炸锅空气循环不顺畅,食物受热不均匀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种食物受热均匀、无油烟的用于制备食品的空气炸锅。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种用于制备食品的空气炸锅,包括外壳、上方开口的循环桶、炸篮、设于炸篮上方的热辐射装置及设于热辐射装置上方的导风部件,所述炸篮置于循环桶内,其具有侧壁和具有可透过空气的底壁,侧壁与循环桶的内侧壁之间设有供空气流通的通道;所述外壳上设有出风部件,该出风部件与外壳可拆卸连接。本空气炸锅的炸篮的底壁设有可透过空气的网孔,热空气从炸篮与循环桶之间的通道进入后,通往循环桶的底部位置,继而再经过炸篮底壁的网孔进入到炸篮内,以达到食物的受热均匀;出风部件容易产生很多油渍,可拆卸结构的出风部件使得清洗变得简单、方便,且实现了可更换。
具体的,所述出风部件包括具有格栅或网格结构的面板和设于面板上的卡部,外壳上设有与该卡部相配合的凹部;通过卡部与凹部的配合,快速、方便的实现可拆卸连接。
作为优选,所述出风部件内侧设有用于过滤油烟和气味的过滤部件。通常制备食品时会产生较浓的气味,过滤部件的设置避免了油烟污染厨房或房间。
进一步的,所述炸篮为一体成型结构,采用硬质材质一体成型的炸篮,具体的,通过一块平面的工件放置在一个成型的模具上,通过液压机进行拉升一次成型,整体清洗方便,不会存在清洗不到的死角;底壁与侧壁具有同样的硬度,底部不会因变形而阻挡空气流通。
进一步的,所述循环桶具有可拆卸的底部。当根据需要制备一些特殊的食品时,需要将循环桶设置的较窄或较深,导致很难清洗到底部时,通过可拆卸的底部,实现了快速清洗。
所述循环桶具有防止炸篮向下偏移的支撑部,该支撑部有效防止食物较多时炸篮向远离手柄一侧倾斜,保证了空气的循环顺畅,使得食物受热均匀。
作为优选,所述循环桶内壁向外凸出以形成所述支撑部,相较于外加的支撑部,与循环桶一体结构的支撑部其表面光滑、平整,不仅具有更易清洗的优点,而且清洗过程不易划伤人体。
进一步的,所述底壁至少两处向外凸出以形成凸脚,该凸脚底部设有与底壁连通的漏孔。由于制备好食物后,炸篮底部残留有较多的食物产生的油脂,当炸篮脱离循环桶置于台面上时,很容易产生滑动,通过在底部设置凸脚,将炸篮的受力面集中在凸脚上,故而不易产生滑动;而与底壁一体结构的凸脚具有更易清洗,不易损坏的优点;漏孔的设置,避免凸脚上的油外漏。
综上所述,本实用新型具有下述有益效果:整体结构简单,食物受热均匀,能耗低;具有可拆卸的出风部件,清洗方便可更换,保证整体清洁,不易产生油烟。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好的理解本实用新型方案,下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1所示,一种用于制备食品的空气炸锅,包括外壳8、上方开口的循环桶6、炸篮1、设于炸篮上方的热辐射装置及设于热辐射装置上方的导风部件;所述炸篮置于循环桶6内,其具有侧壁3和可透过空气的底壁2,底壁2至少局部由栅格或网格结构所限定;炸篮与循环桶的四周、底部基本不接触,且循环桶的内侧壁63与炸篮的外侧壁3之间形成有供空气流通的通道7;炸篮上连接有一手柄19,通过该手柄19的卡部实现与循环桶6快速分离或固定连接,使用时,通过手柄可以实现将炸篮和循环桶一起随意进出外壳8;于本实施例中,采用一环形发热管81作为热源,该环形发热管81通过一罩设其上方的固定圈82进行固定,而固定圈的两侧与外壳8的内壁相固定;导风装置设于所述环形发热管的上方,用于驱动空气循环流通;具体的,于本实施例中采用一大风叶83作为导风装置,该风叶由电机88驱动旋转;外壳8内位于该风叶83的上方处设有一隔热罩85,隔热罩通过一固定盖进行固定,以阻隔发热管对电机的影响;隔热罩与电机88之间还设有一小风叶86,进一步对电机进行散热,保证电机的正常工作。
进一步的,所述外壳8上设有出风部件9,该出风部件与外壳可拆卸连接。具体的,出风部件包括具有格栅结构的面板91和设于面板上的卡部92,外壳8上设有与该卡部92相配合的凹部89;可以定期对出风部件进行拆卸和清洗。面板91的内侧设有防止手伸进去的安全挡板93。
为了减少油烟和气味,出风部件内侧设有用于过滤油烟和气味的过滤部件,该过滤部件可以为可更换的片状过滤棉片。
又进一步的,为了保证食物受热均匀,循环桶的底壁具有向上凸出的弧形凸面结构,便于引导空气自然的向上运动,降低能耗。
为了清洗更方便,本炸篮为一体成型结构,其采用较硬的材质制成,省去了侧壁与底壁的连接处,故而清洗更简单;也硬质材料的底壁不易变形,故而不会影响空气循环过程;再者可以将循环桶6的底部66设为可拆卸结构,具体可以是螺纹连接或者密封塞式连接,根据需要拆卸下循环桶的底部进行清洗;循环桶6具有防止炸篮向下偏移的支撑部,具体的,该支撑部是循环桶内壁向外凸出而形成的凸块69;图3示意性的示出了炸篮的结构,其底壁2为了便于透过空气,其至少局部具有敞开结构,例如由栅格或网格结构所限定。
底壁2上还有成十字交叉设置的加强筋18,进一步保证制备的食物较多时,炸篮的底壁不会下凹而与循环桶内底壁相抵;该加强筋18也是与炸篮一体结构的,且加强筋底部设有用于漏油的通槽。
使用时,需要将炸篮与循环桶分离,而炸篮一侧又设有手柄,导致炸篮两侧重量不一致,加之炸篮底部占有油,故而当炸篮置于光滑的厨台上时,很容易滑动;我们在所述炸篮1的底部设置至少两个支撑炸篮的防滑脚,采用点接触,以产生受力较大的局部点,从而起到很好的防滑作用,防滑脚可以是另外加装上去的,也可以是如图3所示的,由底壁向下凸出自然形成的凸脚21。
而为了防止凸脚的内面在烧制食物过程中积累油,故而该凸脚21底部设有与底壁连通的漏孔22,烧制中食物产生的油就可以通过漏孔22流向循环桶,有效避免取出炸篮时弄脏厨房。
显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本实用新型保护的范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于制备食品的空气炸锅,其特征在于:包括外壳(8)、上方开口的循环桶(6)、炸篮(1)、设于炸篮上方的热辐射装置及设于热辐射装置上方的导风部件;所述炸篮置于循环桶(6)内,其具有侧壁(3)和可透过空气的底壁(2),侧壁(3)与循环桶的内壁之间设有供空气流通的通道(7),底壁(2)与循环桶底壁之间设有供空气流通的间距;所述外壳(8)上设有出风部件(9),该出风部件与外壳可拆卸连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制备食品的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述出风部件(9)包括具有格栅或网格结构的面板(91)和设于面板上的卡部(92),外壳(8)上设有与该卡部(92)相配合的凹部(89)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于制备食品的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述出风部件内侧设有用于过滤油烟和气味的过滤部件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于制备食品的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述炸篮为一体成型结构。
5.根根据权利要求1所述的用于制备食品的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述循环桶(6)具有可拆卸的底部(66)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于制备食品的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述循环桶(6)具有防止炸篮向下偏移的支撑部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于制备食品的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述循环桶内壁向外凸出以形成所述支撑部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于制备食品的空气炸锅,其特征在于:所述底壁至少两处向外凸出以形成凸脚(21),该凸脚底部设有与底壁连通的漏孔(22)。
